To be clear, this isn't premium or gourmet cinnamon, but if you just want a lot of cinnamon for lots of things, this is a solid choice and product. When I received the generously large container, it was well-sealed and upon opening it, the cinnamon smell quite strong, which is great. I've been using it in beverages, including my protein shakes, as well as as a garnish for sliced fruit or Greek yogurt, as well as for baking and such. It has a good cinnamon flavor that doesn't taste unnatural or off. It's great stuff and I'll likely be buying more.

Great quality ground cinnamon at a good price. Good value. Tastes and smells like higher priced cinammon packaged by other companies. Great for cooking, adding to oatmeal, apple cider, baked goods, etc. Potentially good health benefits.

Bought this huge bottle to make spice ornaments for Christmas with my nieces and the smell in my house was just divine. The texture and quality were amazing and it was a great price for the size. Definitely recommend it.

I take cinnamon to reduce my blood sugar. I'm on Semi Keto diet and rarely need my diabetic medicine when using cinnamon and eating low carb zero sugar diet.. I suppose this is very fresh and so spicy it burns the tongue just a little and it even warmed me up and made me sweat a little. The last brand i had much have been weak. There is no nutritional info and I can only assume is it pure Cinnamon but it does have a sweet taste. I hope they didn't add any sugar. If they listed the nutritional info they may have gotten a 5 stars

This cinnamon is so good. It's fragrant, flavorful, and consistent throughout (so far; I haven't used the whole container yet). I haven't noticed any chunks, lumps, or foreign materials anywhere in it, it doesn't have an off taste or smell, and it had no signs of mold, tampering or other damages to it. I'm really pleased with this. I've used it for all kinds of stuff, including in horchata, desserts, and making basic cinnamon sugar toast, and its been great every time, definitely recommend if you use cinnamon regularly. It'll last a long time. :) Spice Classics is also owned by McCormick, if you're concerned about something like that.
