I take over-the-counter anti-inflammatories and prescription pain medications on occasion due to chronic head neck, lower back and knee pain, mostly related to over 30 years of military service. There are a couple of natural, herbal anti-inflammatory products being endorsed by many radio and TV personalities today, and I Did research on those to find out, if they are so successful and popular, then what are their main ingredients?Curcumin, the active ingredient in the Indian spice turmeric, is a key ingredient in many of these new, and some "Old" and your vatic traditional herbs which of been used for centuries. I take two of these on empty stomach with a small glass of water at that time, and I woke up relatively pain-free on the 4th morning. I've recommended this particular product to a number of fellow active duty and retired disabled military, and as it is one third the price of what is being sold on TV and radio, and is a sensually the same thing, and most importantly, it works for me, then I give it five stars. I've been an Amazon customer since the last millennium :-) and I don't recommend anything lately. Tried for a few days or a week, as everyone's Constitution and personal pain problems Are highly individualized. If you start getting results, and with your doctors advice, you may find yourself, as I did, backing off of OTC & prescription meds (The co-pays for my prescription pain meds were more expensive than this retail product :-). I like the idea that I am relatively pain-free now, taking a natural substance that isn't going to shut my kidneys and liver down in the next few years, and I hope everyone reading this gets the same or similar results. I understand the "pain-free" product being sold on the radio and TV is all the rage, and also gets good results. It's just too darn expensive for my book. Good luck with your particular pain and inflammation problems, because being pain-free and getting a decent nights sleep without painkillers is a blessing…

Great supplement for inflammation, energy, gut health and dandruff. I had all these symptoms before trying this supplement few years back. I tried a lot of other things but this seems to combat inflammation along with a good diet and supplement regimen. ''''''''

It is getting harder and harder to find good vitamins that are free from Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Oxide, Hydrogenated Oil, Stearic Acid and Artificial Colors. With a high percentage of manufactures using these products you should ask yourself how is safe. I take seven supplements, if they all have Magnesium Stearate...that's seven doses of this toxic material. After a serious illness, which I believe was caused by these toxic products, I stopped using products that contain this ingredients.... funny, since making the change to natural products I haven't had a relapse. Choose your supplement wisely!

I ordered 2 bottles. The first bottle was a deep yellow cucumin color and the second bottle Is a purple color. The contents smell different and a am afraid to take them. I have tried getting in touch with the company to no avail.

Great product! Second time to order and will order again. Let some time lapse between orders but won’t do that again.

I’m not completely finished with the bottle but have not really noticed anything different. I paid for a full bottle yet there were a few pinched and destroyed pills at the bottom which got yellow powder everywhere.

I liked these supplements, it's hard to tell how much it works compared to other tumeric supplements. I wouldn't say it stood out.
