Indistinguishable from the OEM unit on my 1970 Cub Cadet 147.Works fine. Not THAT much quieter than the original that the bottom fell out of, but that's the way they were all made back then.

Was purchased for installation on a diesel Generator. It wasn't manufactured for it but I purchased it because of the size and its inlet and outlet diameters.Muffler was quality built , and I have no doubt that it would have worked great on the equipment it was designed. Installed as generator muffler it worked great.

Worked fine on a generator, not quite as quiet as I had hoped, but better than the original muffler

bought this for my 127 cub cadet. Direct bolt on, the one mount needed tweaked slightly but I was able to bend it with a large screw driver.

With a threaded Nipple and Clamps! Still just as obnoxiously loud as the tiny one on the Tecumseh engine that it came with. What a shame!

Made a big difference from the original can type that was on it before.

Bought this for my Craftsman garden tractor (917.273080). It has a Kohler CV22S. The "original" muffler had been repaired poorly several times and was falling apart. This is advertised for smaller engines, but the dimensions are pretty close to what mine had. Getting it mounted securely took a little bit of doing, but that's because I'm cheap. I'm not holding that against this product.What I *am* holding against it is just how loud it is. The only difference observed whether this is installed or not is WHERE the exhaust is directed. It's just as loud with or without the muffler in place. Pretty disappointing.

I fit this to my 5kw military diesel generator, I bought for power outages. The thing is still loud but now bearable.
