urea,aloe,evening primrose oil, and more.  All I know is that it works on my cracked heels. When I don't use it for a while, my heels look dry and cracked.  I have used this product for more than 4 years.  My husband is diabetic and also uses this and another product (extra dry foot) and his feet keep nice and moist, which is very important for diabetics.
