Got this product about 3 months ago for home use, at it has worked flawlessly. Some reviews mentioned that it makes a lot of noise, however the noise is not bad at all. It's to be expected since it has to pump the water up from the bottle into the tank, and then pump it out again into your glass. It also has to cool the water, so it would be expected to make some noise. The noise it does make is really quiet, equal to that of a refrigerator that pumps water. All in all a great product and totally worth it.

I would highly recommend this product for anyone in the market for a water dispenser! I use this at my house because we have hard water and was tired of having to use filters. This product has been great so far, set up is easy, it has 3 settings (buttons) for various water temperatures. Hot, Room Temperature and Cold) You have the ability to turn off the hot and cold water depending on your needs so you don’t waste power. The pump system from the bottom storage container works well and is easy to swap out 5 gallon jugs. The product is well made and sturdy and has a nice look that goes well even in my house.

Package arrived on time and well packaged. Very simple to set up with clear instructions. Enjoying having three options for water: chilled, room temp or Hot. Also like having the bottle inside the unit hidden away and not having to flip bottle over on top of cooler like our old one. Had product for two weeks and working well.

Great little upgrade compared to my old classic white top loader. Everything is great with the exception of it not getting super super super hot. It is super super super cold tho. I drink lots of teas and coffees so I have noticed that although it is decently hot initially, temp tend to drop faster than if I boiled in a kettle. I guess that’s part of the design for safety and that’s great, unless you like your hot stuff ultra boiling like I do

It has been about a month since we purchased this water cooler. I wanted to wait before I gave my honest review. I absolutely love this thing. We were looking at a more expensive Primo machine but decided to give this one a try. It does not disappoint cold is refrigerater cold. Hot is great for tea or coffee. Filling up the gallons has saved us a lot of money. The bottom loading is definitely worth it. The machine blends in with the kitchen and extremely easy to change out water gallon. Would recommend you purchase your 5gallons on Walmart.com they are just under $7 vs $20ish on Amazon. Included a picture of my precious threenager for size reference.

I saw some reviews that said the water was not cold enough. The cold water is really cold (unless you prefer a glass full of ice) and the our 12 member staff really love it. We used to have bottled water from the refrigerator and the cold water from the dispenser. We use either the hot or cold water selections - no one uses the tap water. We have a water service so we don't have to go out and buy 5-gal jugs. Some may feel it's cheaply made as there's no door handle to the water jug, but it's not been a problem. It's easy to use another company's water. All of the staff use it and are very pleased.

We had a Primo bottom loading water dispenser which lasted about 18 months and was noisy. When the Primo stopped working, I checked dispensers on Amazon And came upon the hOMelands dispenser. Glad I found it! It’s quiet compared to the Primo. looks nice, has 3 different temperatures to choose from and even has a nightlight. Easy to follow instructions which I suggest you read before starting the unit. I highly recommend this product.

We've been trying to decide what to get for our water dispenser and finally decided to get this one. This beats any older over the top water gallon since you don't have to lift and flip the gallon that can cause quite a mess. There are 3 features with this, Hot Water, Room Temperature Water and Cold water. The product itself is not heavy, easy to unpack and move to where you want it to be. Installation is super easy and extremely quick, you have to wait a bit for the hot water and cold water to work after installing or when you used quite some amount but it is not long so a big plus the downside that i'm experiencing is that this dispenser can make quite some noise (now i'm not sure if it's just mine or if it's like that for others) but once the noise disappeared it is very quite but aside from this there is no other issue that I have overall really good product for the money you spent
