Hello, how often can you use it?

I use it everytime I feel nauseous. My tip is don't inhale to hard or you'll taste the herbs and the taste lasts a while. I just put at the end of my nostril and gently sniff. Its like the old Vicks nasal inhaler

The bottom screws open.... sometimes they are a bit difficult to open the first time. Just grab the very bottom, and twist the top to the left (unscrew it like a lid). Blessings and I hope this helps.

How long does this last?

It lasts a very long while if you keep the inhaler tightly capped between uses. If used daily, it will easily last several months. Don't leave it sitting in a hot car, as the heat will damage the essential oils. This is very effective in stopping the nausea feelings that are associated with chemo treatments.
