I bought this charger because of its sleek looks. I was hesitant though, because even though there were a lot of positive verified purchase reviews, after clicking on the reviewers, you can tell they were probably fake or sponsored since they all seem to be reviewing the same circulation of items. Anyway I received this today and it's working wonderfully. I can't say anything about it's durability or longevity just yet; I'll update if it breaks. I used the plug from my Samsung S10e charger and that allowed it to charge my phone with "fast wireless charging" in a time span of 2.5hrs. It got slightly warm after half an hour but never hot. The phone would connect and charge when I hovered it 3mm above the pad (not touching) with its soft tpu 4mm case so that has me convinced it can work through some thicker cases. The quality is beautiful but definitely fingerprint prone. Overall, I'm satisfied with what I have today and I'm hoping for a good lasting experience with it.

Have had for a few days now. Really nice looking, and another great thing is that there is not (like many others) an annoying bright light during sleep time. Unfortunately, the worst thing about it is the most important thing - it’s flawed in its functional design. It takes too long to “find” the (apparently very) small charging spot - every time I want to use it, I have to keep moving my phone around for quite awhile until it finds it. (I have an iPhone 8, btw.) It shouldn’t be hard to do. Actually, as I’m writing this, I realize I’ve talked myself into returning it and getting a different brand.Anyway, nice looking design, and would like to see them try again - if they can get the charging aspect improved, it has great potential.

The design is beautiful and when it charges, it is perfect... however many cons, so I am returning it:After a few days I start hearing a soft ringing sound, constant, and I have to move around the connecting cable until the sound disappears. It is very annoying because I have it on my night table.Also, at the beginning it used to charge the phone as soon as it was touching the charging plate, now I have to move my phone until it connects, it seems to be random and not specific to the position of the phone. Sometimes works, sometimes not.There are too many things going on and it's getting worse. FYI I have this charger for 3 weeks so I am returning it before the window closes. Too bad that it is not a reliable product. I have to keep looking :(

Im sure others will not have the same experience as me but this was a bad purchase. Maybe I received a defective one. It would always have problems seeing my phone when I put it on the charger. Had to always move it around until it found the one exact spot where it would actually charge. Sometimes it would just have a blinking light and not charge unless I pick the phone up and put it back down.I ended up breaking it out of anger and frustration when I put my phone on the charger one night before bed and it wasnt charging. So my phone died and I use it for an alarm. Woke up late for work mad and threw it to the floor. But as I said maybe I just got a bad unit but that was my experience with it.

I was not optimistic when I bought this charger. I had purchased a charger on Apple's website that cost me over $50 and the case that was supposed to work with it that was over $50 as well... and they did not work together. So I figured what did I have to lose for less then $20. I was pleasantly surprised that this charger looks sleek, hardly takes up any space, and most importantly no matter where I place my iPhone with otterbox case on it, it recognizes and charges my phone. Now I know it says there is an LED indicator but it has never worked the charger I received but I can live without that so long as it charges my phone.

I really wanted to like this charger but just days after my return window closed it started acting up. Every time I use it now I get the "irregular charging detected" message on my phone and it does charge. Now I'm stuck with a beautiful coaster. I've tried a different cable and different power pack, still get the same issue. I've got 5 or 6 other wireless chargers and no issues at all with them. Just this one. Too bad, the design is nice.

Update: The company has reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and they are sending me a replacement. I am updating my rating to reflect their good customer service.It was good while it lasted. I bought this in Dec. 31, 2019. It completely stopped working on 5/2/20. Prior to that, I have already experiencing unreliability after a month of use, there were days that it charges and some days that doesn’t. Since 5/2/20, it won’t charge and I try it daily. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them yet.

To begin, this product makes an awful hissing noise when the phone is removed from the charging pad. Secondly, the pad is highly finicky when it comes to charging after plugging in, I find that I have to plug it in then unplug & plug it in again to get the blue light which indicates charging, otherwise the light is red and I get no charge. I also find my self having to pick up & replace/readjust the phone in order to even get it to charge lol. It constantly disconnects & reconnects resulting in battery drainage.Overall I give it a 2 star review because it can do a small portion of what it was designed for, but not well at all, especially for price point. I suggest looking into a different model/brand.
