Worth it though

It’s been a life saver. Truly helps when I am having trouble getting a good breath

Vacation plans had us going from 5,500 feet to over 11,500 feet to a rented cabin. My wife has scared lungs from pneumonia and asthma and a history of altitude sickness. We did the ginkgo and ibuprofen thing starting a few days before. But, I wanted something more in case she needed it. Nothing like getting altitude sickness while snowed in, unable to descend. Sure enough, she had problems the very first day. She liked the peppermint flavor that indicates your getting oxygen. It’s reassuring, and helped calm her down. Used only one container in the four days we were there. Couldn’t say that it was the extra oxygen that did the trick, or just reassurance that she had something as a backup. Either way, it was well worth the price.

I love this stuff, although it's pretty expensive but sometimes ya just need that extra! They recommend using one-second inhalations but I find that useless so the can doesn't last that long for me. I also think if your keeping the can around ya may find it helpful to cover the cap, I just use plastic wrap, so less leaks out.

U can huff all the can at once and besides a taste of peppermint,u can tell no difference.
