Had some problems getting it to work but their support were great. I gave them access to both laptops and they resolved the issue. They were very patient and really helpful.

Just didn't work for me at all, and the 24/7 free telephone support does not exist - spent total of 3 hours on hold to UK number. Rubbish! POld fashioned Windows Easy Transfer worked much better.

It's fine if it's files but you need the Pro version to transfer apps and software. Made the mistake of not reading it properly so wasted my money. Had used it so couldn't return it 😱

I was a bit apprehensive about using this, being a bit computer illiterate. I followed the instructions and it was so easy to use . Great job as all the files were transferred to my new computer without a problem. Good piece of software which l would recommend.

Moved files but struggled with some programs

Took 3 days to transfer data - would have been better buying an external hard drive and some other software.Phone help desk - actually an oxmoron - no help at all.Was only transferring dataReason I bought was to be able to transfer iTunes which it did not do successfully

Some software applications did not get transferred. Similarly, some Music files would not work.Instructions contained lots of information but a lot was not easy to follow, particularly as to when the USB cable should be connected.I have used earlier versions of Laplink which were much easier to use and gave desired results.
