I ordered for a 100 gms which is lot of tea. It contains good quality of spearmint and it is organic and herbal which makes it safe to drink or sip. It is really refreshing. It has that aroma of spearmint which makes your day. Good packaging. It help you to boost your immune system, improve digestion and reduce aches and pains. When I brewed the tea it gave me a cooling sensation that can be likened to a delicate yet refreshing mist. It helps in soothing my stomach, improves digestion, treat my bad breath. Since, it is winter, I love to sip it to avoid cold and flu. It has helped me a lot. Spearmint is a delicious, minty herb. It’s high in antioxidants and help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. It may even reduce stress and improve memory. This tea makes a great addition to any diet —which can be enjoyed hot or cold.

I have been using this instead of my morning and evening teas for 2 months since I had PCOD issues. At first, the smell is kind of similar to center-fresh bubblegum, like a minty one. I haven't been using milk, sugar, or gluten during the usage of this, so I have seen a significant change in my skin conditions, but for facial hair growth, I don't think it works. Sometimes I store the product in a flask for evening usage, but after leaving it for half a day, it tastes and smells like kanji. But when considering all other aspects like indigestion, inflammation, and stress, this is a good product. The quality and packaging are good, and the price is reasonable as well as budget-friendly when compared to others.

Loved this rosemary tea. Its very fresh, aromatic and without any dust. I am using it as a tea and as a hair spray too. Very flavorful as a tea, quite refreshing. Comes in a sturdy resealable pouch. I highly recommend!

Good aroma and effective spearmint tea.Only one Con is - The product should be more clean. There are so many sand particles, little stones, shells in the tea. That's why deducting one star for this. Rest all is good.EDIT : I repurchased this item because they have changed their packaging so I guess they might have updated their quality also. Last time there were dead bugs and shells but this time I am more disappointed. I found 10-20 live walking bugs inside the packet. I literally had to sort the tea by myself in a plate for quality check. And even after doing that there are stills bugs left.
