Sturdy and easy to use. No leaking.
Bought this for when we go camping. It works great and is so much easier than having a ton of small bottled waters. Easy to put together and take back apart to store. Lid assembly do not leak and is easy to turn on and off. I highly recommend this product for camping or home use.

Good choice
I’m very happy with this purchase. It came with 2 different style lids and so far it’s been working out perfectly! There is no leakage and the water pressure from the jug is good too. I would recommend the purchase.

Good stuff
I just got this thing so not sure how this will hold up and whether it will leak in the future but right now it does not leak at all. I read some reviews that said that it does not fit Primo bottles from Wally's world. Well, I have such a bottle (5 Gal) and it fits fine. It goes on kinda tight so you have to push it in quite a bit so maybe that's the issue for some. But anyways, works for me and works very well. Also, water flow is pretty fast and the valve opening mechanism is easy to operate.

A lot unbalanced
I bought one of these for a group camping trip. It worked really well and I didn't have any leaks or anything. I gave it 4 stars because it's easy to knock over until you get a 1/3 or so of the water out of the jug and lower the center of gravity

Great quality & great deal!!!
I took a chance this since there weren’t any reviews when I placed the order and I’m super happy with the purchase. First, love how easy it is to put together/take apart. Also, the height allows room to place a cup under the spout when pouring. Also love the all black. And the fact that it comes with the 2 sized spouts is a huge convenience because I have both size water jugs. The caps are well made and easy to attach. Keep reading if you would like me to compare to another stand.I have another stand (unknown brand) that is stainless steel and it doesn’t leave any room to place a cup under it for pouring. The spout extends past the countertop. So you have to have it sitting right at the edge of the counter and then hold your cup at an angle to pour. I have a toddler who loves to “play water” and can easily access the spout when it’s at the edge, so I had to find something with the perfect height and strength that I could place the stand on just to be able to push it back away from the edge when not in use. Placing the jug on top of the stand is also difficult because of the height and and angle which cause the stand to sometimes lift up like a seesaw when your trying to get the jug in place. It also doesn’t break down like the Briso stand, so it’s an awkward shape to carry/pack if you’re trying to transport it. It came with one spout made by White Water Co which is extremely difficult to attach due to some issue with the threading and often leaks. It does feature non-slip grips on the bottom which seems like a plus, however I’ve found it’s pointless (unless you plan on putting the stand on a slanted surface which I can’t imagine that being a common issue). The grips only mean that you to have to lift the entire stand/water jug if you need to move it (which can be difficult). The weight of the water jug is usually enough to hold it in place and since I have low cabinets, I prefer to be able to move it around without breaking my back.

A Stand So Great, It Deserves Better Than This Garbage
Garbage! Literally going to the garbage.Let me start with the good—because, yes, there is some good. The stand itself is a solid 5-star piece of engineering. It’s easy to assemble, sturdy, and actually does the one thing it was designed to do: hold a giant water jug without collapsing like my willpower in the face of late-night Amazon shopping. But that’s where the praise ends.Because what use is a fantastic stand when the dispenser caps are absolute, unfiltered, industrial-grade garbage? These things leak like a broken dam in a disaster movie. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but no—turns out the only way to keep the threaded cap from dribbling water everywhere like a nervous toddler was to wrap it in plumber’s (Teflon) tape. Because nothing screams "high-quality product" like having to raid your toolbox just to make it work. And then there’s the larger cap for crown tops. Oh boy. This useless contraption doesn't even pretend to seal—it just pops off whenever it feels like causing chaos. Want to hydrate? Great. Hope you also enjoy mopping. It’s less of a dispenser and more of a water-based prank device. This is, without a doubt, the worst money I’ve ever spent on Amazon. And that’s saying something, because I’ve bought some truly questionable things in moments of weakness. Oops, my gullibility revealed. In the end, this product is a res frustranea—a pointless thing. Save yourself the regret. Either find a better dispenser or just pour water out of the jug caveman-style. Either option will cause less mess.

Great ease of use and cost effective.
So far so good. Have only had it for a few days but already loving it more than the electric versions.I’ve had to order 3 of the electric ones now and the charging ports keep breaking easily, not to mention they’re quite loud at night. So far this allows the water to flow more quickly which makes filling my water bottle a breeze, it’s quiet and there’s no charging involved. Simply change out the jug when the water is gone. Also, I use every drop of water as it flows easily to the spout and doesn’t leave anything behind, unlike the suction straw of the electric ones that never quite suction all the water.Very satisfied so far, even came with a second spout for a smaller jug. Will update if there’s an issue but for now I’m pleased.
