Lot of computer for a little money. Best suited to browsing the interwebs, email, word processing, basic computer stuff. Computer and monitor looked pretty good, very minor scuffs. New keyboard and mouse are pretty cheap so I retained my old ones. WiFi dongle included but didn’t try it as mine’s hardwired. Popped off the cover and found the inside pristine, no dust at all and a few new parts to boot. Set up was a breeze and no bloatware on the OS install.Customer service: yeah, I called them but it was out of my own ignorance. Haven’t looked in a computer case in many years having all in ones and laptops in the house. With the cover off (had not powered it up yet) I noticed two long slots with nothing installed. Looked like memory slots to me. Assumed I had a computer with no memory. Sent a picture and called CS. Turns out the memory is behind the hard drive in this case and those were video card slots. They were super helpful and didn’t make me feel like any more of an idiot than I already did. A++.(If you want to utilize those slots, only a half hight card will fit the compact case and you may need an bigger power supply also)So all in all, very happy.

This product was definitely as touted....like brand new. Unbelievable memory and hard drive storage for the money. The mouse and keyboard were brand new and everything works well. I ordered this on a Friday just after 12:00 PM and it arrived the next day at 2:30 PM. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived but truly appreciated this kind of responsiveness. I would not hesitate to buy from Blair Technology again!

The system came in large packaging, which let the tower bounce and it was bent and the cd drive was bent from a shipping impact. on arrival, also the monitor was not in the original shipment. and the monitor took 9 days to arrive after the original cpu order.the configuration for the system is great. speed and zero bloat ware but i had to call and get Microsoft to assist with auth of win 10 the code sent was for win 7 .I was able to set the sheet metal in the sun and gently begin to un warp and finally open the system, with some gentle tapping and bending after an hr i was able to re align the cpu body panel parts. and the cd drive finally snapped back in, the system is GREAT for a re conditioned dell and the model shown and the model i was shipped were not as shown. but it worked uot in the end.other than the shipping damage and the LONG time for the Monitor to arrive i give this sysrtem 5 stars. it is a great machine but if your looking for a gaming pc be sure to ask what power supply it has and if its a mini tower or a slim style, be well and Enhance your calm.

I had a problem with the computer not sending a signal to the monitor when I first started it up but through the help of their tech support I was able to get it sorted out and running good!

Update Nov 2022-Hard drive failed. Got an error message and after spending hours on it had a friend in IT check it out. The hard drive has failed. Thankfully we were able to back up most of it before it totally failed. Not worth it for 2 years of use and risk of loosing everything. Make sure to back up your hard drive every once in a while so you don’t loose everything on the hard drive!!!!First off I should tell you that the monitor came the day after the computer arrived. If yours doesn’t have the monitor don’t freak out, just contact the seller and they’ll give you the tracking number for the other package.Shipping-arrived on time, computer was well packaged, monitor was very poorly packaged (so much so that the stand got bent and chipped. I was able to straighten the base and the chip wasn’t a big deal. They did wrap the screen very well so it didn’t get damaged. The box was coming untapped and only took a slight pull for it to open.Both the computer and monitor were super dusty and dirty. I ended up removing the intake and outtake fans to clean them after blowing out some large dust bunnies with canned air. If the intake fan hadn’t been cleaned first it wouldn’t have worked due to all the dust and gunk on and in it causing the motherboard to overheat and die. The blades wouldn’t move when I pushed it with my finger. It works fine now, powerful and very quiet too. While I was at it I cleaned everything else, it was really nasty, full of dust and animal hair. The monitor was also extremely dirty and needed to be wiped down with screen cleaner 4x before it really looked decent. There are no scratches or blemishes on the screen itself and the picture quality is good for how old it is.The computer performs well for the price. It will be easy enough to upgrade in the future. Much better than laptops that only last a few years for more money than this. Everything works as it should and it’s pretty quick for its age too. Our WiFi doesn’t work well where the computer’s at so we ordered an extender to boost the signal. I’m sure it will run really smooth when we get that set up. Opening files on the hard drive, from usb and disk is fairly quick.It came with MS Office 2016 and has a 60 day free trial of the most recent version. MS office 2016 will work for our purposes.If you are in need of very basic computer and don’t mind cosmetic wear and doing some cleaning then this is a good deal. It doesn’t come with a web cam or SD slot and has very poor speakers but those are fairly cheap things to add if you need them. We plan on adding a camera in the very near future for zoom meeting and such and will most likely add an SD port in the near future as well.Overall I’m happy we got it. I just wish they had a better warranty and had cleaned it out before shipping it, at least a blow out with a can of air would have been nice.Gave it 3 stars instead of 4 for the poor packaging of the monitor and for being dirty (in the description it says the computer has been cleaned).Pros- low price, plenty of ROM and RAM (for quick file access), uses an Intel chip (better quality than some others and more expensive), easy to upgrade, as needed, has all the very basics (including older MS Office suit), easy to upload apps, very fast set upCons- no web cam, no SD slot, cheap accessories (WiFi adaptor, keyboard and mouse), poor speakers (sounds great when using headphones), lots of cosmetic damage and very dirty

The specs on the computer are as advertised. WiFi and Bluetooth come from really cheap dongles. The monitor very disappointing. Even though it's refurbished, cosmetically it was in bad shape.

I'm amazed at the value of this computer. It was delivered quickly and was very well packed. The set up was really easy and I'm amazed at the performance. I took a chance and I'm so glad I did because it far surpasses my old all in one. I had no idea that the old one was lagging so much. The only confusion I had was that the WIFI and Bluetooth were on an enclosed USB but I figured that one out pretty quickly. There are apps for the company included and there are how to's etc. I would highly recommend this product.

The bundle arrived as advertised. The monitor display is crisp with sharp contrast. The tower comes preloaded with several programs and the chip speed allows for easy downloads without stalling. External speakers must be purchased separately. The sound is amazing! This system is ample for work and gaming. Don't be discouraged by the refurbished label. I've had this computer for a week now and so far so good very decent for what I needed it for all the parts in everything in the package came in one delivery didn't have to worry about things being shipped separately very minimal damage almost looks like new,as someone who normally uses a computer for basic internet and writing the computer goes way beyond what I need 4/5
