You will have bubbles. This is not going to be your solution for a sleek, modern look unless you pay a pro to install it. This is for when you care about privacy while allowing light in more than anything else. For that, this is great stuff. Did all of my downstairs windows.

We have a wall of sliding glass doors that people have often tried to walk through when they are closed! I wanted to hang something on them to indicate that the doors are closed, but didn't want to block our view. The window film was a perfect choice. I cut 10" strips along a single row and stuck one on each slider just below eye level, and another row lower for the little ones. One roll of film will last me forever even if I replace the strips every few months. Friends have asked how I managed to get sliders with built-in reminders!

I bought this to use on the windows of my basement door. It allows light, won't let anyone see in and looks just like the pattern. My husband said it was easy to install.

Great stuff, easy to apply; used it on glass in work-cube... prevents visual interruptions from people entering and exiting a meeting room 5'away. Lots of compliments on how it looks... no wrinkles! Very pretty pattern. .

This is perfect on my garage door windows. I keep my car in the garage, partly for security reasons...so the bad guys can't tell if I am home too easily. This film on the windows lets light in but you still can't look in my garage and make out anything. Perfect! And very affordable.

It's not as easy to install as other products of this type I have used (you can't reposition and it's really hard avoid wrinkles and get them out), but it really look great once it's up correctly.

but really pricy .. needs to be less expensive, or make larger rolls to purchase with a break in price. i'd put it on car windows, the look is pretty awesome on my house windows. user friendly.
