I use RO water for my nano setup, and without remineralizing, my GH drops too low, which causes issues with plant growth and snails health. I use rodi water in my tank so I need this. I've been using it for a while now and it works great.

I use this all the time in my planted aquariums. My plants do well with this helping to keep my water in good shape. I add it when doing water changes. It does cloud the aquarium water for about 20 minutes.

Item lid was very loose causing some powder to be loose upon arrival! Wonderful problem. Fixed our issue in the aquarium quickly!

I’ve tried baking soda to raise my hardness but it also raises the ph and then I have to use ph down to offset it. It never really worked that well and it’s a headache to do (it does well for kh though, just make sure you have ph down on hand). Equilibrium works PERFECTLY in raising my hardness and not affecting the ph. I also think it saved my snails! My snails never moved and I thought they might be dying. I did some research and read articles that mentioned snails will hardly come out of their shells if the water conditions are not right. They need minerals for their shell health. My snails are out cleaning my tank ALL THE TIME now that I’ve put this stuff in my water! This really is amazing stuff!

My daughter’s new pet mystery snail wasn’t doing well—not eating or moving much. Some quick research suggested that our soft water was to blame. I tried Wondershells and other calcium supplements, but nothing was helping, until I found this product. Eureka! Now we have a happy, active snail, crawling all around her tank and eating up a storm.
