It will only add to the GH it will not affect the KH or Ph.

Does equilibrium have copper

No only calcium, magnesium, manganese, and a bit of iron.

does this impact ph levels in tank?

Very little if any. It does raise the GH and KH . I use it very sparingly and dose at about 1/3 recommended amounts with my water changes.

Does this make the ph lower?

No it’s only for mineral replacement during water changes.
