AICOK Electric Kettle Retro Stainless Steel Kettle 1.7L Water Boiler & Heater, 1500W Tea Pot

I really like this kettle overall. I am deducting half a point for the weird popping noises it makes sometimes during the heating process - I’ve never experienced that with any other kettle, and it’s startling very time. Another half a point is deducted for the fact the spout is not wide enough to pour a full kettle of water, as I discovered last night when I used it to boil water to cook pasta : the water stream extended sideways and came out under the lid. Usually I only use it for tea/coffee, not at full capacity, and then it pours just fine. As a British person who has always had an electric kettle in my life, I am still happy to recommend this one , especially for the insulated walls that can’t burn you : a lovely safety feature.

I bought to replace an electric kettle that I'd had for many years. This one is very nice - stainless steel inside with a pretty metallic red finish on the outside. Easy to operate. Auto turnoff works and makes a "click" so you know when water boiled.

I tried the unit as soon as I received it. I returned it the following day because 1) it takes for ever to boil 2) the switch is very flimsy, 3) it is too big on my counter. I liked the color and material though but overall this kettle did not fill my expectations.

Wow! Even better than I had expected. It heats very quickly (as in, less than 3 minutes for a full pot and 1 minute for half a pot!). The water is hot throughout - no cold spots. The automatic shut off feature is very handy and it looks lovely.

I start to use this kettle as soon as I received. It’s so much better quality than I thought.it boil fast.antomatically switch off.it is BPA free.it is stainless steel.good quality!very recommended!

Bought this for use with my French Press. Perfect! It heats quickly. Just gives me time to grind the beans! The outer surface stays cool. And the large opening at the top makes it easy to clean.

Amazing kettle. Heats quick and easy to clean. Just didnt realize it didnt come with a filter and wish it did...

Happy with this kettle it’s fast and easy to keep clean. I’d buy it again. Good value.
