Awesome
These rollers are great. they don't get nuclear hot but they still curl my hair very well. They stay in my hair better than any other roller I have used. I got two sets since I use about twenty rollers. Excellent, SO happy with these.

No clips so just destroy product??
I ordered these curlers and they came without the metal clips. I contacted Conair to replace the clips and they said OK we’ll send you a whole new unit but to make sure that you don’t use the unit that we already sent you you need to cut through the cord and send us a picture of it. So basically instead of just sending me the clips, they are totally destroying this product and sending me a new one. Ridiculous. So update, they just sent me the replacement roller set and yet again they do not include the metal clips. This is such a joke.

They work so well, easy to use, compact and heat quickly
Ok these have exceeded my expectations. The size is awesome and fits well in a carry on bag, great for travel. They heat up very quickly. There are plenty of rollers to place a couple of large around the back and medium and small around your face. The curl is just as good as going to the hairdresser. I was so surprised how well they worked. They are easy to use and dont pull my hair. I have very fine hair which is shoulder length with a curtain fringe. Highly highly recommend these.

Don't believe the negative reviews.
From the negative reviews I did not expect much from these, which I bought to use for travel, but I am perfectly happy with them. Maybe it's because I have been using hot rollers since they first became available in the 70s, but I find nothing wrong with these. They are the smallest set I have ever seen, which is what I wanted. I chose only four stars because I would have preferred a set with all "jumbo" rollers, and I only really need six or seven. I suppose the little ones will come in handy when I get my next haircut, though. To address the common complaints: The rollers do not have to feel blazing hot to your hand in order to work. The first time I used them I let them heat for about ten minutes, and they were only warm to the touch. I put them in anyway thinking I could always let them heat up longer if they didn't work. They worked fine, giving me great bouncy long-lasting curls even though they weren't hot enough to singe my ears like other sets I've owned. If you take a second or two to actually LOOK at the clips (which are indeed all tipped in white) it is *obvious* that there are three distinct sizes. If you use a clip that is the wrong size for the roller, it will either fly across the room or the roller will fall out of your hair. Start with the biggest rollers and the biggest clips, and you'll be fine.I should have ignored the negative reviews and not bought the Conair super clips to go with them, because they are not needed. The wire clips work just fine. Put them in from UNDER the roller, going against the direction of the curl, with the rounded end close to your scalp and the open end (bent end on top) sticking up. I actually prefer the wire clips because the big clips on my regular set always leave crimps in my hair. The wire clips never do.For the record, my hair is right at shoulder length and baby fine, and there's a lot of it. I had no "frizzy ends" issues at all.To sum up: They're small, they're designed well, they're perfect for travel (with dual voltage too!), they do the job, they won't burn your ears, and for Maude's sake, they only cost $11.58! You'd pay more than that for a premium martini.

Very portable hot roller set.
Like the portability of the hot rollers. I have another con air set that I love to use, but takes up too much space in my luggage. These do not seem to get hot enough to hold a curl. You also cannot interchange the rollers from my other set. They are ok. I have only used them once so far, will try to use again and see.

Conair HS 10 Instand Heat Compact Hot Rollers
First let me say this set is absolutely wonderful. You have the following;4 small rollers5 medium rollersand 3 big rollers. This set is great for those with above the shoulder or short hair. The system heats up quickly. You must keep the carry bag closed and the rollers retain the heat. The system comes with hair pins that hold the rollers in place and they do an excellent job of it if you know how to use them. I saw other reviews where people complained about the pins. Guess what you have to know how to use the rollers and how to set your hair. Sometimes it takes practice all systems have hair clips that you must use or even if you get the Caruso curler the shell holds. This system is compact that you can put it in a large purse or a tote bag and away you go. This is an excellent system for short hair gals. It's fast while you have your haired rolled up it gives you the opportunity to do other things. The curls with these rolers stay for me but I must say it's not the roller that determines if your hair curler will stay it's your hair type if it's hard to curl then you must use some product then try the rollers. Spend some time with the system it's not that hard to do I would advise that on any hair styling product.I found this system to be excellent and would advise anyone with short hair to get this.
