It is a very good product for lost weight. It is very comfortable, I wear it when I do exercise. For clean I just let to dry by himself. It is value for money if you want to lose belly fat this waist trainer because it makes you sweat more than we can sweat without it

If you are looking for a good waist trainer this is a great one highly recommended!!! I have a big waist and is hard to find one in my size I usually have to go xxl and still not enough this is a very good one i got the L. Worth every penny

This is by far the best of its kind that I’ve used. Once it’s on it feels very secure with the double Velcro and it feels very flush with your body without feeling tight around you which is what I’ve found with other options that you always have to crank down on to keep them on.

I have to return this, it didn’t fit as how I expected it to, it flimsy, and easily rolls down, no back support because it’s too thin, it needs to be thicker and firm to support the back x
