I use this product daily.
Without Zen Toes Metatarsal felt pads I would not be able to walk without pain by the middle of the day. Adhesion to the foot is better than any brand I have used in the past. However, I do have a suggestion for the adhesion cover. If you would add a small tag on the paper, it would make the product perfect. The adhesion is so good that it is very hard to remove the paper that protects it without doing damage to the pad.

Great
My husband’s podiatrist recommended this exact product for his chronic foot pain and it has helped him immensely. The podiatrist told him that the key is to put this pad on your insert inside your shoes just below the area that hurts. Worked like a charm.

Super adherence property; have also used other Zen Toes products. Highly recommend
Really great product. Trying to find the right ball of foot padding per my physician to relieve pressure on a large callus. Thanks for the products.

Great quality from a great company
These are working really well so far to relieve my pain from neuroma. I put them in all my shoes. I was in a lot of pain because I had only two pairs of shoes fitted with a special sole made by my podiatrist. I had a pair of felt pads placed into one pair of shoes by my podiatrist so I knew basically where to place them in my other shoes when I ordered them online to relieve my neuroma pain. I got all verklempt when I read the description on the package, "Your product has been packaged with dignity and purpose by an individual with diverse abilities who work at Opportunities, Inc. in Wisconsin."

Metatarsal pads
Seemed a little more expensive for comparable metatarsal pads-not sure they were that much better.

too hard to be helpful for me
the adhesive backing is very difficult to remove, but it does stick well once you get it off. They are not very cushiony. I found them painful to wear.

Much firmer
I had received some from my podiatrist's office that were really comfortable (skived) but these were much harder/firmer than those. Backings were difficult to remove on both but these are exceptionally more difficult to remove. Definitely will try another brand.

Hard to place
I'm still trying to figure out where to put in shoe. I placed 2 sets in two different shoes. I feel the support although it also seems that the lump can rub wrong on my feet. I can't be certain that it's a quality cushion until I try a different brand. I assume it would be fine if I knew what I was doing
