BH Cosmetics Eye Shadow Palette, Galaxy Chic

VERY vibrant, and a great price for something that's way more expensive in other brands. It stays on all day, I used it for Halloween, and then just used some of the colors for when I go out. It's nice and small and has all the colors of the rainbow - very bright and vibrant. Perfect palette.

Being an aspiring makeup artist, I'm extremely picky about which brands I buy. I'd never really heard of this brand before, so I was a little skeptical that it would be a bust. The colors are absolutely beautiful, and they really pop. I use an eye shadow base, and it holds the color all day without fading or having to re-apply it, and I get compliments all the time when I wear this makeup. If you're into really vibrant colors, this pallet is what you need. I love it, and I will be buying more BH products in the future.

I would like to start off by disclosing that I primed my eyes with an eyeshadow primer AND then put a white base over that primer. I have super oily eyelids so primer is a must and as an African American woman, if I want certain colors to show on my skin, I have to begin with a white base.With that being said, I absolutely love this palette! The colors are rich, pigmented, and very easy to blend. I can't wait to order more of these!

It came absolutely destroyed!!! I WAS LIVID!! I just got home a few minutes ago and opened my package and it’s completely destroyed. It looks like someone threw it at a brick wall...

I like this palette and I don't.I like the color selection. I can do a rainbow eye in pretty much any finish I want. It even has a duochrome (the white shadow flashes green). The black shade is in a pan that will probably outlive me. This is my colorful palette that I go to when I want a little pop of something, because I usually go for more muted shades.As for the formula...it's really hit or miss. Really. Almost all of the shimmer shades are good, but some have chunky glitter and no pigment. The matte shades are dodgier. Of course, it's really hard to make a matte shadow, especially a very bright one. So they're not really worse than I expected, just worse than I hoped. The matte yellows are so similar and sheer that they might as well have slapped the same shade down three times. A lot of the mattes are just invisible and chalky. Some, though, can work pretty well. The dark blue and teal mattes were nice, and the dark red matte was pretty pigmented (although it stained). In general the shadows are difficult to blend, especially the mattes. Pretty much just don't expect to love the mattes, haha.Overall, I think it's a decent palette, but probably better suited for beginners who want to try out colors and see what works for them before investing in higher quality stuff.

While this palette is hardly my "go-to" palette, it certainly is a nice one. The colors are bright and gorgeous and pretty true when swatched. I've heard a lot of good things about BH cosmetics, so this palette really struck me with all of the bright shades and the two larger white & black shades as well. There is a lot of pigment to these shadows, but they are a bit chalky and are better when you pack them on rather than sweep them on. I use NYX's jumbo pencil in Milk as a base for these colors. I recommend using a white base under them to really enhance the colors.

Very nice palette, neatly packaged. The eye shadow did not arrive broken or anything. They survived in their little neat packaging. Also the colors do seem pretty pigmented, especially for the price. I like that it has all the colorful colors. I would recommend for someone looking to just have fun with it. I am not a MUA or anything but I love to play with make up, and It seems neat for that.

This is the first time I try BH Cosmetics and I love it. I watched a few tutorials that I really liked the eye-shadows and they used this palette. The colors are really pigmented. The colors are bright and I can't wait to use them all. This is a great price and delivery was fast.
