Westin27-0005 Molded Running Boards Lighted 72 in. Black Pair

These are amazing, beautiful, and functional on my 2017 white 4Runner limited. I did have them professionally installed and the brackets are sold separately. And even with purchasing both the boards and brackets here on Amazon plus the installation fee, it was cheaper than most other places selling + installing them.Update 3/18/18: It’s only been 9 months since I made this purchase and the 2 lights near the passenger doors on each board are leaking, causing the lights to malfunction. I have contacted Westin for warranty info. Will update when resolved. Changing review to 3 stars

trailblazer 2003 y. westin step boards 27-0005, 73 inch lengh with lights on 27-1495 mountin kit. needs some drill but easy to do. good but not so special as you all can see. update !! 26.01.2021 this type of boards you buy beqause of lights but it's impossible to look them good !

I purchased this version step board to replace my old step boards which were also Westin lighted boards. The old step board did not have a cover on the bottom to protect the bulb socket and wiring like this model does. The 27-0005 model is slightly longer than the original model that was on my vehicle and I must say look so much better. The color blends very well with my vehicle color scheme, the only thing I would suggest is that you replace the supplied bulbs with LED replacements for a better, brighter look.I own a 2006 Isuzu Ascender, and for my vehicle the Westin 27-1355 Step Board mounting kit worked perfectly.

We love them. My husband is mechanically inclined and it took him 5-6 hours to put them them. He didn't say if he struggled with the install kit as some reviewer did, but knowing him, he would have found a way for it to work regardless. Honestly, there isn't anything bad we can sayabout these.

Great product. Wasn't as easy to install than I thought. Reading everything on it everything stated how easy it would be. It wasn't bad until I got to the drilling part. With my vehicle required a 90 degree angle drill to put in top holes. I didn't even know they made those. Lol. If it wasn't for just wanting these for aesthetic's only than this would have worked out differently.

They are nice I got the 4"lighted ones and they are great for the money
