Just Enough to Love....
This is exactly what I expected for the price point. I have a small business with 4 Ethernet Port Registers and 4 Acess Points: I put the main register on its own port on the modem/router, 1 AP on the main port also and all the rest of the equipment go off this switch - it works out well amd was plugged and play off the rip. I'm happy overall. I'm somewhat irritated i can't link this switch up to the unifi controller but hey for $130 it works well. I'll have to explore more options because I'm not an IT guy yet...

Does not support 802.3af
I bought this device for the POE features, but couldn't get any device working on it. It appears it does not support 802.3af, which I'm guessing why my POE cameras didn't come on. Also, POE is off by default. Connecting to the switch was rather cumbersome, since my DHCP server gave it some random IP and it didn't have any sort of host name to indicate what it was, so I had to try a bunch of IP addresses before I could connect. On the plus side, the web interface seems super cool and intuitive. I'll be returning this device and buying one of the higher end Ubiquiti POE switches.

DO NOT BUY THIS if you are using the Unif controler software
They should have been clear that this device will not work with the software, instead of having to find out it doesn't work and reading reviews

Not for newbie stuff. Long learning curve still in process.
Fully customizable switch. Using for Fibe internet along with Edgerouter ER4 and UAP-AC-Pro-e, leaving HH3000 only for syncing fibe connection and future speed upgrades from bell. Short cat8 ethernet cables used to improve signal speeds. So many complaining about not getting full gigabit (or more) speeds so I decide why not just go by the book and let HH3000 do its basic purpose and Ubiquiti gear do the rest?

Great seller but product is incompatible with my equipment
Seller sent item quickly and I would buy again as all inquiries with the company were answered quicklyThe item I order was incompatible with the same brand but different line of Unifi Ac-Lite wifi devices I already had installed which needed 24v POE but unfortunately this device couldn’t connect to any of my pre-existing Unifi equipment as this device is for a different line of Unifi equipment, the company worked with me to provide a solution
