Yes. I own a 2013 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Sport with a 5.7 Hemi. It fits snug without additional fabrication. It has been installed for over a month now and I have been keeping an eye on the MPG. I go an extra day or two without having to fill up and I drive quite a bit. I used to get a weekly average of 16.5mpg and now I average 18.5mpg. It is well worth it in my opinion. Good luck!
