I had a stubborn wart on my toe, it was a big cauliflower wart, it was there for 1 year before I started to treat it. I tried acid and freezing, both using this product and using nitrogen freezing at the clinic. The acid method did not work at all, each time I burn the wart and wait for it to heal, then it returns, each attempt I kept digging deeper using the acid until I reached the bleeding stage (not recommended), hoping to get results, but the stubborn wart kept coming back. I think the acid works by weakening the virus and stimulating the immune response against it, but it didn't work for me. Freezing did work eventually, but after so many attempts. Going to the clinic was cumbersome so I stopped and started using this product. In the end the wart was gone after I had used this to create a massive blister underneath and then I cut it off using small scissors while there's still liquid in it (yes, there is an infection risk). After that the wart was gone finally, probably after 6 months of treatment.
