If it is not properly contacted, a slight vibration may occur.When riding, the load should not be too light, and the weight should exceed 44lb to make the sensor switch receive pressure. Thereby driving driving.If there are still problems, you can try to perform a balance calibration to redirect the system. Fun hover-board! It can go 4 miles on a single charge. Adults and kids can ride, but sometime if you're too light it will vibrate a little. If it runs out of battery it will all of the sudden stop so BE CAREFUL.

My 12 year old daughter saved her money to buy this and she loves it and is very satisfied. She used it with ease right away, while the rest of us never really got the hang of it. She says the battery life and bluetooth features are also "amazing."

This product is listed for adults as well as kids. There is a is a weight restriction . Only after ours broke did we discover on the bottom......the limit is 165 lbs!UPDATE: After a service rep contacted me, I was intrigued. After reading many reviews, I wondered how my story would play out. Bottom line. The rep offered a $20 Amazon card only IF I deleted my review.

My 10 year old loves his Tomoloo hoverboard. He learned within a couple of hours how to ride it well. The lights at night time look cool. He uses the bluetooth often and we are pleased with the sound.

You have to have good balance

Good hover. Design looks sturdy. U can see a lot of metal is used instead of plastic. Volume is loud but ok quality. Was able to learn it very quickly. Overall satisfied with the purchase. Only complaint is didn't receive any bag as mentioned in the description.
