Outside Door Station Ivory -

I have a small hotel business in Costa Rica, near the oceans... I have like 3 cluster of cabins located spread out on the property. So our housekeeper, can tend to it all (15 total) carries the wireless telephone. Then this outside door station, does the job, if someone drives up to the office (not just guests, passerbys just wanting directions or deliveries etc), they just press the button and can call her where ever she's on the property and she can know, accordingly, if needed, to greet them at the office or not! Being a small business, we can't afford someone at the office all day, to just answer maybe a few calls but we can't afford to lose ANY, so this has been an excellent tool for our circumstance. It works great! My husband at first took a while to understand how to do the connection but once understanding it, it was simple to get it installed. The only draw back is that because of the ocean air, the wires inside start to lose clarity connection, until you can't hear anybody at all... so we needed to purchase this SECOND one (therefore my 4 star rating), the first one lasted maybe a year and a half... I hope they make the wires more resistible for the atmospheres... other than that, It's a great product, it REALLY WORKS! =)

When working they work fine. However they are not water proof. I am now on my 3rd one in 12 years. Basically a nice storm blows into my doorway area and shorts this about every 3 years. If they were water proof....or if you have an area that never gets rain/wet...it would be five stars.

This listing is just for the outside door station. It does not include the controller that is shown in the picture. Please only order if you are expanding an existing system.

I have one that was installed about 8 years ago and never skiped a beat. I just replaced the outdoor unit because of water damage. This is a greate product.

I have use this product for over ten years and is still very satisfy with it's simplicity but awesome perfomance

It was ordered to replace a present unit that ceased working. After replacement, the door bell or intercom still did not work. I would like to return for a refund.
