Better than Bragg's original racv.
pros1) flavor2) strength (concentration)3) the mother4) value5) qualitycons1) Amazon workers don't pack it carefully enoughI've been an avid user of "that other brand" for years, but several year's ago, suddenly "that other brand" had almost zero mother, tasted much weaker, and the price increased substantially. I noticed written on the bottle of "that other brand" that they started diluting the end product.I began trying different options but nothing matched what "that other product" had originally.Thankfully I recently stumbled across a review for fairchilds raw ACV with a link to an amazon listing. from some of the reviews, I was worried about amazon packing but I was desperate.THANK heavens I took the risk. the product came unharmed and intact, immediately The color is much darker than other brands. there is noticably more mother in the bottom than other brands. when opening, the aroma is rich and strong, even better than I remember From the original production of "that other brand". I measured out the amount I was using and left an amount in the spoon to taste. all I can say is WOW! this stuff tastes great. strong, rich, full bodied true raw apple cider vinegar flavor.THANK YOU FAIRCHILDS.I am extremely pleased with the actual product.but I was disappointed in Amazon's packing (NOT fault of the product manufacturing),

GLASS Bottle!!!
This vinegar tastes fantastic. Not only is it made from organic apples grown and America, but it's one of the few vinegars that still recognizes how important it is to package their product in glass.Since vinegar is an acid, I don't even want to think about what happens when it's in plastic. We spent years thinking certain plastics were safe for food, only to find out later that they weren't. Never a problem with glass.Contains all of the healthy mother, unpasteurized and unfiltered. You get all the goodness of organic apple cider vinegar. This will definitely be my brand from now on.

Liquid Integrity
Excellent Apple Cider Vinegar! Most ACV in the USA market are quite good. But this Fairchild's ACV is in a class all its own. Rich, smooth, potent. The apple flavor gently comes through and the finish after the swallow hints of black-peppercorn. The acidity feels the same in the mouth/throat like all ACV's but with much less of the fumes to burn the nose.Choosing to incorporate ACV into my daily routine is for health improvement. As a super-taster, I rarely venture into food/bev beyond what most consider bland. And while this ACV is undiluted, there's something about its essence and wholeness that encompasses a smooth experience for me. Like all ACV, I chase it down with some water...but now, I actually look forward to my ACV rounds.Comparative photos enclosed. Visual difference is evident (I would say "clear"...but, you know).Be well y'all!

Great Vinegar - WORST Packaging In The Galaxy!
I really like this vinegar and use it for many things in the kitchen . . . but mostly fermenting and canning. The shipping however, has gotten so bad that it's a true roll-of-the-dice whether or not you will receive a pile of glass shards or the actual vinegar in a bottle. This last order of four (4) 32 ounce bottles was loosely rolling around in the bottom of a box with a couple of air-pillows floating on top of the bottles. This method of packaging (if you can call it that) is an invitation for breakage resulting in a complete waste of product, labor, my time and money. It was an absolute miracle all four bottles arrived without damage. If something isn't done about the packaging (or lack there of) I will be forced to move on to a different vinegar that will at least arrive undamaged. That would be sad.

The Higher Acidity Caused Tooth Sensitivity
The glass bottle was packaged & delivered safely w/o breakage. It looks exactly as pictured. I’ve never heard or tried this brand until now. It’s true this particular item Is not diluted w water so it’s much higher in acidity & gives it the rich full color. My advice to anyone w sensitive teeth to rinse mouth w cold water after consuming bcz you will feel the sensitivity. Yes high acid ruins tooth enamel, look it up. Though there are great benefits to consuming ACV but there are negatives too so be careful not to overdue. Too much of anything isn’t always good. I also disagree with others commenting about the quality of ACV bcz it’s diluted with purified water. Some do this to make product less acidic which in my opinion Taste better or more tolerable to drink. It’s all based on personal preference. Doesn’t necessarily mean the product is less inferior. I did a side by side picture comparison of a different brand I’m Currently using which has the diluted water mix & I’m very satisfied & love the taste. No tooth sensitivity either. Therefore this brand is obviously much stronger in taste which I’m not use too but doable. Is it one of the best? That’s Subjective based on personal opinion. For now I’ll just comment that I’m satisfied.

The BEST Apple Cider Vinegar
Pros: made from organic WA apples, trucked, made and bottled all by the same small business in ID so as local as I could find. It’s raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and undiluted. It tastes better than a ton of gourmet sipping vinegars I’ve tried. And it’s not expensive.Cons: hard to find locally so I buy online. Can’t get it by the gallon so far.As you can tell I’m a huge fan of this ACV. I drink it daily, use it on my hair and use it wherever I need a good vinegar.
