This brand is very high quality for vitamin D supplement. I was deficient with a level of 12 and took the 5K IU of this brand for 2 months and it went up to 47 which is normal range (30-100). Taking this lower amount every other day to maintain through winter. Don’t hesitate, it’s a good one. I took Nordic natural gummies prior for months and months with no change to my vitamin level.

The very best. Easy to take! Very good brand. A little more expensive than some but a very important vitamin right now. Many doctors are saying most people who have a good blood level of this vitamin D3 don't get COVID19. I do not have direct knowledge of this only what I have heard. Get yours check with your blood level checked at least every 6 mo.
