Works with Alienware Aurora R7
Worked fine with my R7, which is apparently picky about memory. Be aware that the period between power on and when the video output starts up is much longer, and the first time you fire it up it is even longer still. I almost concluded the memory was bad before the BIOS opened a screen saying "Memory size has changed....", but then things went fine. So give the first boot a minute or so.

Great quality! Very overclockable!
Product: Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 3200 MT/s (PC4-25600) CL16 SR x8 DIMM 288-Pin Memory - BLS2K8G4D32AESEK (Red)TLDR:* Pros:(+) Very overclockable.(+) Heat sink correctly attached to memory chips (unlike G.Skill's Ripjaws V).(+) Excellent price point.* Cons:(-) None yet -- I've used them for only a couple of days.Long review:As you can see from the attached image, my mobo is an MSI X470 Gaming Plus (with the latest BIOS A.90 at the time of this writing) running a Ryzen 7 2700X. My CPU cooler is a huge Noctua DH-15 that covers the memory modules, meaning that there is not a lot of airflow for the DIMMs.Just for fun (and also burn-in purposes), I went into the overclock section of the BIOS, activated XMP, and cranked the speed up to DDR-3466 without changing the timing that was intended for the DDR-3200 setting (16-18-18-36) or any voltage increase!!! I ran MemTest for 29+ hours without a hiccup (see screenshot)! Cinebench R15 scored only 20ish points higher over DDR-3200, so it is not worth it for me personally to overclock the RAM because this is not a gaming rig and stability for my purposes is more important. Your mileage may vary, of course. But this test is a good indication of the quality of this RAM! I did not proceed with any further overclocking attempts because I needed my computer for work. ;)I also like the good contact area of the thermal interface material (TIM) to the heat shink and chips which was a big annoyance for me when I used G.Skill's Ripjaws V RAMs with their fancy heat sink design: there were air gaps between the TIM and some chips, so cooling was highly compromised. I had to use extra thermal compound (MX-4) to bridge the gaps, but not on these puppies.Bottom line: I highly recommend these Ballistix RAMs and only time will tell how well they will hold up! For now, 5 stars!

Works perfectly in my Ryzen 7 1700 build.
Works perfectly in my Ryzen 7 1700 build at it's full speed of 2400Mhz. Motherboard I used is the Asus Prime PB350-Plus and it's been rock solid. When I first got the mobo it has the 0406 BIOS. all 4 sticks worked. I later upgraded to the 0503 BIOS and now the 0513. No problems.I don't overclock. The machine is plenty fast enough for modern games, and doing 4K video editing.... or both at the same time! Happy with this ram and it looks great in my NZXT Noctis 450 black and red build. One thing to keep in mind is that Ryzen seems to perform better on faster memory. If you have a motherboard that can support quicker RAM, and you want to get the most out of your processor, even on stock speeds, this may not be the choice for you.Hope this is helpful.

Does not peform as well as previous Ballistix Sport kit
I don't like how Amazon is lumping together reviews of different products by the same manufacturer. It ignores how different these products actually are. I'm reviewing the Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2400 (BLS2K4G4D240FSB (Gray)). This kit was a bit of a disappointment compared to a similar kit I bought a few months ago. The previously purchased memory was also a Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR4 2400, but it had the white heat spreaders (BLS2K4G4D240FSC), instead of the gray. The first kit proved to be capable of easily running at DDR 3066 MHz speed, using 16-16-16-39 timings. This current kit, which I am reviewing now, barely can barely reach 3066 MHz. It requires relaxing the timings to 16-18-18-39 and using more voltage than the previous kit required in order to achieve this speed. Because the chips are covered by heat spreaders, which are probably attached with adhesive thermal tape, I cannot say if there is a difference in the chips being used or whether this is due to some variation in manufacturing quality of the chips.I am now running both kits together on an Asrock X370 PRO4 motherboard with an Ryzen 5 2600. I was unable to run the four modules together at 3066 MHz, but they do seem to be stable at 2933 MHz with 16-18-18-18-39-55-CR=1T timings (the sub-timings are the Auto timings for this speed) and 1.35 volts.Bottom line is that there is nothing wrong with these chips, but they seem relatively ordinary, especially compared to the first set that I bought.PS: Both kits are identified as Single Rank Modules by CPU-Z and HWiNFO64.

Really good memory for the price.
Really good memory. Surprisingly good for what it cost compared to other ram.The XMP is 2400 with tighter timings than just slaping it in and turning it on. I have mine running @3000mhz CL15. I basically just copied the XMP timings across the board and tightened the tip 3 while raising the speed untill it was stable. On my last PC which was a Z170 Krait and an I7 6700k I couldnt get past 2800mhz, but on my Z370 Gigabyte aorus gaming 7 with 8700k I can boot up to 3400mhz, but the timings have to be really high so I settled on 3000mhz 15-15-15-39 1t. So just experiment and you should get amazing perfornance for alot cheaper than most ram at the same speeds.

Amazon shipped a replacement that work fine on a Gigabyte GA-H270-HD3P motherboard
First set I purchased had a defective memory module. However, Amazon shipped a replacement that work fine on a Gigabyte GA-H270-HD3P motherboard. Tip, if you find this motherboard having a problem recognizing this memory remove any coolers or fans and check the LGA-1151 socket with the processor removed for any bent or misaligned pins (fingers). Also make sure to load and use the "Optimized Settings" for the motherboard first before making any changes to the BIOS. Use a toothpick to re-align any pins found misaligned. I did need to contact Crucial for support and they were very helpful and reachable, thank God. Can't say the same for the motherboard manufacture.

Very happy customer
This ram works totally stable with stated speeds by selecting xmp profile 1 in pc bios. On YouTube you can find a video on how to overclock. I tested on five boards 3 gigerbytes b350 x370 and b450 an asrock b450 and a MSI b450 all work as described.i was lucky an got two packs of 8gb X 2 kits at £51 on a flash sale. The only negative was the packaging I felt that the product packaging provided little protection for shipping, however all 4 sticks were working and no damages. This ram is a lower profile design so whatever aftermarket CPU cooler you have you won't have any issues with clearance.

Delivered the boost my system needed
I have a basic Acer Aspire X-885 core i5 mini tower PC that I use in my gym for Zwift. It had a single stick of Adata 8Gb of RAM from factory, and Zwift specs suggest that should be sufficient. I added an upgraded NVIDIA 1050Ti low profile graphics card And a Samsung 970Evo SATA SSD and was still only getting an average of 25fps in Ultra mode.Initially I wondered if it was weak wifi, but after checking that by switching to Ethernet I was left scratching my head with the same issue. As a last gasp attempt before upgrading the desktop I thought I’d whack 2x8Gb of the red Ballistix ram into the unit to up the ram from 8 to 16Gb. According to Zwift it shouldn’t make a blind bit of difference, but here’s what I found:1) FPS increased from max of 25fps to 34fps2) occasionally surging video became much smoother and more linearI chose RAM of equivalent speed (2666MHz), so only the total ram has changed. Whether two sims works better than a single? One tip, I fitted the RAM and on first boot I only saw 8Gb, not 16Gb. Despite pushing the RAM in until it clicked into place, it had seated well by the clip side, but I found on one stick it hadn’t seated flush on the other side. A quick push down on both sides and it sorted the issue. The PC recognised the RAM immediately, but I ran a quick RAM check in Windows (type Windows memory diagnostic tool into the search bar in Win10), and it got a clean bill of health. So overall I would rate this RAM, was nicely built, well presented and has made a qualified improvement in performance for even a basic online gaming service.
