Long-Lasting, Great Rock Polishing Results π
I've been running this tumbler almost constantly since December of 2022, and the motor has just now died. I would still say I got my money's worth from this tumbler. The PVC barrel works well, but is kind of loud, so I started using two 3-lb rubber barrels instead. The construction of this thing is solid, and the belts are easy enough to change when you need to. The motor is quiet enough and I love the adjustable speed. I'm thinking if I can find the right motor that matches voltage and polarity I can get mine running again, because the rest of the machine is absolutely still fine.

Barrel very poor quality - failed
The barrel fell apart not long after we began to use it. We were careful to stay within weight limits and did not drop or mis-use it. Upon investigation, we discovered that the entire center section is of VERY light-weight liner material, clearly unable hold up with any significant use. Moreover, it is one big mess when the glue gives way. Do not buy this. Our next one will be ordered from the Rock Shed in South Dakota. Customer service and made in America does matter.

Looking good so far
This appears to be a reasonably sturdy light to medium duty tumbler, which I'm going to be using for washing brass. I have to confess, I'm really impressed with the frame and the spindles as they solid and the spindles are mounted with steel bearings, and not plastic bushings, like my first tumbler. The only detractor I see, at least in my application, is the cannister. It looks like it was made in someone's garage and I can't say I completely trust it as it looks like it could leak, so for now I'm using my own canisters. I'll leak test it later. All that said, I've been using it for approximately 90 minutes and it has absolutely no problems with 9 lbs of brass, 3 cups of stainless steel pins and just over a quart of water. Running at full speed nothing feels even remotely warm, so that's pretty nice. For comparison, my first tumbler (dual drum) would get incredibly hot and almost untouchable, if run for more than 90 minutes.Time will tell if it's worth the price, but it looks easy enough to service, by anybody who has some basic mechanical skills.

Perfect, second to none
The tumbler is heavy duty and top-quality easy to use for small amounts or for a monster amount Iβve been running mine for four months now not a problem. Maintenance is easy and easy to get to. This is a life time purchase. No need to buy another. Truly second to none. ππ

Coins!
I like the size of the tumbling container and the ease of use. I have been using it to clean up coins burned in the Camp Fire. So far it is doing a great job.

Garbage quality
Product is cheap for a reason, motor burnt out in less than a year of inconsistent use. This lasted less than my national geographic tumbler which is saying something. If you're looking to save money, find something else or go smaller. This isn't worth it.
