very cute cup, it wont leak but the top part will a little bit. overall is very good, recommended it.

This looks good and has silicone or rubber for a great hold and is non slip but put in a hot drink and you cant hold it as the heat just passes thru to your hand!!! The silicone rubber does not really stop this so for me its useless. But i do love the design

I purchased this because it is ceramic (like a mug) rather than metal. Like drinking out of it with and without lid. The only negative is the cup gets hot to touch when first made

I purchased the mint after some debate because of some negative comments. I was hopeful, but as soon as i took it out of the box i noticed the same defects previous customers mentioned. First, i noticed some denting in the silicone towards the bottom of the cup.. maybe air bubbles? The edge near where the logo is is also not flush with the cup and it does not look full finished. Lastly, i have the lid all the way closed yet you can see in the photo there is not an even seal. Disappointed in the craftsmanship in the cup for the steeper price

I needed a coffee cup for work and I liked the look of this one plus with the silicone like outside I figured it would help with the grip. For the price the cup is great, everything works and it’s easy enough to clean. My only real ‘gripe’ would have to be how the cup takes on the contents temperature - hot or cold. If you put in some hot coffee it’s almost difficult to hold for the first few minutes. It’s not unbearable, but was unexpected. I’ve never had a cup take on the contents temperature like that. This also does the same with cold liquids. Some may like that - I could see it being nice on a freezing winter day - but I had hoped the outer texture would dissipate the contents temperature more than it does. I’m not sure if other reviews touched on that but I thought it was worth a mention.

Nice looking mug but not sure the price is worth it. I bought it because I would like to keep my drink warm for longer and it does not live up to that. It's just no more than a reusable mug with the same performance as disposable coffee mug in my opinion.

I ordered this mug 3 different times. The first time, the lid did not fit. The second time, there was an indent in the ceramic. The 3rd time, the color was grey (I ordered green), there was no lid included, and there was a chip. The packaging was also covered in dog hair. Amazon instructed me to contact the company and the company said they could not help me and that I would need to contact Amazon. Looks like a cute mug but don't waste your money. It is poor quality and poor customer service.
