HUT Ultra Gloss Plastic Polish

I'm in the process of restoring a antique wrist watch that still has the original cellulose acetate crystal. Being almost 100 yrs old, the crystal had many fine scratches which created a hazy appearance. I used a very small amount of HUT Ultra Gloss Plastic Polish and buffed it with a soft cotton cloth. After relatively little effort, the the fine scratches were gone and the crystal became glossy. This was a bit expensive, but worth it for me to restore a vital piece of this project.

Great stuff. I make several kinds of item on my lathe and use this for final polish. It is great for all kinds of plastic and works very well for hard woods also.

Use it with resin work that needs ultra clarity. It gets the job done but I tried using it on my plastic mold to see if I could make the plastic more shiny so the pieces come out shinier it only made it worse and now all the pieces I use in those holes come out matte... Which can be fixed by polishing it with this polish. I use silk as my cloth it's not my cloth doing it. All in all it's good to have and gets the job done.

This product works great! I use it for CA finish on pens as well as acrylic pens as the final step in polishing and the results are spectacular!

I love it. It is the best finish I have ever used on my acrylic pens and or bottle stoppers. Gives them a nice shine and not a lot of polishing too.

There is a difference between finished item with and without this product. Works wellon CA finished pens.

Works great to finish pens and wine stoppers after applying a CA finish. Use as last step after micromesh and buffing wheel (probably overkill).
