The quality seems very good,also washed up nice(no dryer) I’m 70ish so I’m less concerned about how my old skin looks in the water.

I do not often write reviews on clothing but wanted to share my experience in searching for a comfortable fitting LONG SLEEVED Rash Guard for women. I can say that CharmLeaks rash guards are extremely flattering and comfortable in their fit and the color blocking with the stripes just adds another bonus to them. I compared the fit and style to two name brands in the rash guard industry, which I also ordered on Amazon (with return options); O'Neill and Body Glove. First Body Glove. I ordered two colors in LARGE and when I took them out of the package they honestly looked like a kids size XL. I didn't even try them on because I knew by the look it would be way too small for me. I then ordered the XL size in just one color to see if there would be a difference. I did try that on when I received it but it was so tight across my chest it was uncomfortable - and I am not exactly huge in that area I am a 36B to be precise!! So Body Glove was out. I would say they are a good fit for teens perhaps. Next was O'Neill size LARGE in two colors. The product right away did not seem as well constructed on the seams as the others. The fit was OK but the neck area was not covered as well. So before I completely gave up on finding a LONG SLEEVED rash guard I decided to give CharmLeaks a try. I was really surprised and happy with the fit (snug but not tight) and the color blocking styles. They also have a higher neck then the other brands so that the area is well protected when in the water. I eventually purchased 3 CharmLeaks in a size LARGE in White-Strip-Black, NavyBlue-Stripe-Black and Mulberry-Strip-Black. I ordered them for a vacation this fall where I will be hopefully doing a lot of snorkeling. I have found for me because I spend hours on end in the water both in tropical waters and on the coast of Maine that rash guards help protect me from the beating sun. I have used short sleeved rash guards in the past but have had problems with getting sunburned on the back of my arms from being in the water for very long periods of time. It is important to note that rash guards should be form fitting to some extent so that the rash guard is not floating about like say a t-shirt would. So when looking for one do bear that in mind. So if all goes well I will try to post a followup after vacation to see how these hold up. Also, I purchased these on my own and was NOT given any of them in return for a review which I think is very important to note in reviews on here these days.

I wore this sun shirt to the pool with a white swim skirt, folks commented that it was a great outfit.

Love the feel. Love the stripes on the sleeves. Design makes it easy to spot while snorkeling with partner(s). Loved it so much that a second, slightly different color was purchased.

I usually wear a small but that was too small, I returned for a medium which is perfect (note, the site recommended a med based on other purchases...I should have listened). It did arrive however with teeny tiny hole near a seam. I'm keeping anyways because I want to avoid another return and it's otherwise a fantastic shirt.

I bought this for a sailing trip in the Caribbean in April. My back always gets burned when I snorkle, so I wanted to get a shirt for my most recent trip.I can fit into medium typically, but didn't want it to be too snug. The large was perfect for me. The design of the shirt also made me look like I had a nicely shaped upper body. 😅 The color is great a people can see you in he water easily. I didn't get any burns so the protection was great.I continue to use this throughout the summer and totally recommend it!!

I used to look on with bewilderment when I saw people doing yard work while wearing long sleeves and pants even on the hottest of days. I preferred wearing a bathing suit top and shorts to stay cool. Makes sense, right? At least I thought it did… until I was diagnosed with skin cancer last summer. It was then that I knew I had to start doing a better job of protecting my skin while outside in the sun… since stopping yard work was not an option and wearing sunscreen is bothersome. I found these rash guards and, while they are made for swimming, I decided to see if they would work for my purpose of working outside in the yard.I am 5’2” and around 115 lbs. I purchased a Medium shirt, since I wanted a loose fit, rather than tight, since I wouldn’t be wearing it to swim. That turned out to be a good decision. It’s not fitted, but not baggy either, and I’m able to wear it over a bathing top with no problem. The arms are a perfect length. Not sure, but I think the arms of a Small would have been a little too short for me. The shirt is made of a material that is a bit thicker than a regular bathing suit (in my opinion). It is comfortable and moves with you easily. I’ve worn it to mow grass and cut hedges and have had no issue with rubbing or chafing. I hand wash mine after each use and hang it to dry, which it does rather quickly. To be honest, it is taking me some time to get used to wearing long sleeves while working outside. In the beginning, I kept wanting to push up the sleeves to cool off. I think that was mostly psychological, however, because the shirt doesn’t really make me overly hot. And, most importantly, I haven’t had any sunburns at all even after spending hours outside working while wearing it.In short, these tops comfortably protect you from the sun no matter what you are doing outside… swimming, doing yard work, exercising, or just relaxing… and they look stylish while doing so.

I love this design and it is so flattering. Great fabric, very comfortable. I am hippy and it was slightly snug but if you are of normal weight you won't have an issue. The rest of the fit was perfect. Being overweight, i appreciated how flattering it was. I can't imagine anyone not loving it.

This top is exactly what I needed and also looks great.

Fabulous Water Shirt, fit as expected (I bought a medium), brilliant colour. It works really well in cold water and dries super quickly. I also bought all black Water Pants and black slip on Water Shoes to go with my CharmLeaks Water Shirt. I am covered from top to bottom so no issues with the sun either.
