I was skeptical when buying this because of the few bad reviews I've seen, but I'm so glad I bought it anyway !! The packaging was very nice, no damage at all although I got the ''your package may be lost'' message for a day or two .. it arrived just before Christmas day. It was a day late but I didn't mind.It came with a fluffy storage bag for the straightener, two hair clips for layering, a heat protection glove and a mini hairbrush. One thing I love about it is the way the wire rotates depending on how you move or bend the straightener so it's more comfortable to use, pretty long in length too but has a wire organiser attached to it so it can be shortened if needed.Very straight forward usage, one power button to turn on, and two buttons to decrease and increase the heat, with five blue lights indicating how high the temperature is. Heats up quickly and acts exactly like a hairbrush. Straightened my hair in less than ten minutes ! 10/10 fully recommend, this thing beats the regular straighteners by miles.

So I was really excited about this coming to the UK. It feels sturdy, definitelyfeels weighty but not too heavy, heats up quickly and because of the comb it doesn't burn the scalp. I use on the middle setting and it straightens well (i have fine and curly hair) and can flick too. Leaves my hair soft but with a bit more volume than a normal straightener. Its a good product but its not too different to any other straightener if I'm honest. I find I need to section the hair more accurately than with a standard straightener because strangly is hard to get the hair into all the comb.

This does work! I was very sceptical, distrusting all the ads I saw, but decided to take a punt and it does work. Its not perfect, if you try to do too think a slice of hair, it just coasts over the top, and it can pull a little but it works well, smooth and straightened hair, very quickly. I haven't burnt myself yet and it feels sturdy and well made.

Seen this all over social media and thought with all the good reviews it must be amazing. Unfortunately this is just not for me, I have short shoulder length hair that’s recently been thinned out so isn’t crazy thick, have a natural wave to my hair, one pass like they claim doesn’t do it, my hair was instantly frizzy after one pass, my hair straighteners which are more than half the price of this do a better job and doesn’t make my hair frizz like that, my hair didn’t feel any softer after using it like they claim & the unit itself feels really cheap and the heat on the back of it is insane.Didn’t do it for me, will be returning.

I expected a lot from this the way it was promoted ! It does not straighten hair through one pass ! It can catch your hair too! It’s not easy to pass through thick hairIt does straighten but not to the quality it shows ! The gloves are great and are needed so you do not burn your hand ! The back get hot so they should have given a heat mat to rest it on ! I personally think this was all hype !

This is the best hair straightener I have ever bought for my kids afro hair so far. Its easy to use and staightens in one go. I will Really recommend it. For the price, it's a good buy
