Self-tapping 10-32 ground screw
Self-tapping screw works well but requires a #22 or 5/32 pilot hole. Buy a 4" long #22 or 5/32 drill bit also on Amazon to be able to reach into deeper metal boxes. To make it easier one could use a 4" 10-32 tap to pre-thread hole as well which is also available on Amazon, if you have several outlets to ground. Still takes quite a bit of torque to tighten the screw with just a pilot hole. I have yet to have a screw break while tightening though. Quality product.

Correct type
Product was excellent and what I ordered. The fit was perfect and I had hard time finding them in the ize that I needed.

They fit a 4 square metal box.
Works as it should. It's a shame one doesn't come with the box.

Easy to torque down screws
These are great for attaching a ground connection in metal electrical boxes. Green color identifies it as a typical grounding screw. 5/16 hex head for easy installation; there is also a slot for use with a regular flat screwdriver. The screws have a 10/32 thread, with thread-cutting tip to help when pre-threaded holes in the metal box has a bur or chip inside. Screw length is about 7/16"

Green electrical grounding screws
Good deal on green electric grounding screws. They will self-tap if the hole is not threaded (I used this to ground the sheet metal mounting plate of a dust collector). Most recent metal electrical boxes have a threaded hole for a grounding screw.

Good Product
The self tapping grounding screws provide a quick and easy way to establish grounding on a multitude projects. It works great with electrical boxes and appliances. It may be a little pricey but it is difficult to find this style at some box stores.

Good ground screws as replacements

10-32x3/8" not 10-32x1/2"
The standard is the length is measured from under the head to the end of the threaded shaft. These are 3/8" long not 1/2" long. Now they are 1/2" overall including head length. I can buy these same 3/8" long ones locally for 1/2 of the price. I was looking for 1/2" long ones. Not worth the effort to return as I will use them.
