Why is the iron content 0% while other brands have 9%?

Hello, We got the answer yesterday from the manufacturer, and it as follows: "The old study done on our Tahina showed a very low Iron content due to our processing & type of used sesame. % DV varies between 1% to 4%. At that time it was decided to put it 0% considering the low % DV (FDA rounding procedure) Now we are using A standard variety of Sesame & different processing " Thank you. Noura Market

Do you get two 16 ounce jars, or one? Seems quite overpriced for one.
