Works great. My espresso pot kept spilling but after I got this, it is completely stable.

I bought this because my espresso pot tipped over and spilled coffee all over the gas stove. I tried using a cooling rack but the flames turned it black. This is perfect! My pot is steady, the heat distribution is perfect, no more worries!

This is a great reducer for possibly average stove tops. I bought this for our friends who needed this to reduce the stove top opening in their Volkswagen Westfalia camper van. It was just barely large enough to do the job. I wish it was a little bit bigger and then it would be perfect. Even extra 1/2 inch would be great. They kept it and may try to alter it a bit to attach it more securely over the stove top. With some weight on top of it, it does the job, but not as securely as hoped for. That said, I have not found anything better than this yet, unless you try to make your own from scratch.

This item is what I was looking for exactly it is part of my daily basis cooking and other in my stove and not like the one I used before the color still amazing even though it is not silver any more but I like it and fits perfectly and definitely gonna order more of it. Thank you

It serves it purpose. Used it to hold a small sauce pan it worked perfectly . Before I could not use it in the gas stove because it was too small and was not stable. Have not had it for long but so far so good.

Does the job but rusts up quickly. A different metal treatment would be better

If you wish to make turkish coffee or use a moka pot; you will find the typical burner is too large. Or, if you wish to use an alcohol stove, the same applies. Voila! This little jewel is the answer. So far, it fits on everything I have used it on and all my small coffee pots are well taken care of. This is a must have for me.

No longer have to worry about moka pot tipping over. Great investment

My gas hob has a worrying design fault whereby pans, if not positioned perfectly in the centre, tend to tip over and spill their hot contents over the hob - and sometimes me. A particular problem with pans that have a large, heavy handle. I recently stayed in an apartment in Italy where they had a gadget similar to this one, for standing moka pots on. So I bought this. It’s perfect for moka pots and has stopped the issue with toppling pans. The fact that it’s aluminium is a positive: it’s light, won’t rust and conducts heat faster than steel. Inevitably it has turned white due to oxidation - but to me that’s not an issue. I like the aesthetic of worn, used things. And it’s a great price.

It's a little heavy and thick. I thought it would be difficult for the flames to heat thru it. But it's fine. It doesn't slide off the cooktop grate.
