I'm always looking for novel ways to boost my immune system, especially during those times of the year when people around me are getting sick and I know it's only a matter of time before I catch it. I wasn't familiar with NK cells supplements so I did some research on it and it seems to make sense. I've been taking this for a couple of weeks and I noticed a couple of things. First, on a positive note, I caught viruses a while after other people had them and my sickness didn't seem to be as bad as others. There could be a lot of factors for this but I can't rule out this supplement. Second, on a negative note, around the same time I started taking this I started experiencing GI issues of bloating and discomfort. It's still there but not as pronounced as it was in the beginning. I saw that Aloe is an ingredient in this, which I think can have laxative-like effects, so maybe it's that. I dinged this a star because the description for this product is lacking. There were no pictures of the nutrition label and the information in the description was sparse. I had to research the ingredients after I received the product. For the price of this product, I would expect more information about this product.

I have used products from this company for several years. They have been around since1932, which I think is great. I feel good knowing I am purchasing from a company that has been long lived. These are hard tablets that are a little large but not bad. I didn't get any off smells or tastes from them. I usually prefer capsules but these aren't bad. I think this is a good product mix. I take mushrooms daily and mix up the variety. This is a good mix. It is a little pricier than some I normally buy but it may be worth it to you, you'll have to decide. I like that they are made in Utah in the US.

Some new information coming out about Beta Glucan and the various mushrooms included in this formula that makes it a good support even for the price. In our world of pollution every bit that helps us to stay healthy is worth it in my opinion.
