LENOX Tools Hacksaw Blade, 12-Inch, 24 TPI, 2-Pack (20161T224HE)

They excellent blades and have worked great for the project I am working on. They are worth the money.

These are the recent T2 technology hacksaw blades -- Lenox claims they use a "new blade design that delivers up to 100% longer blade life versus the prior generation of LENOX hacksaw blades". The operative words are "...up to...." They don't claim you'll get twice the life, but some improvement that could be as much as 100%. The first blade I used made short work of cutting up an old bed-frame (for short chunks of L-iron to be used on various future projects). I made nine cuts with this 24 TPI blade, then switched to an 18 TPI blade which cut even better and faster. These ARE good blades, and they have good endurance. ...But I sort of doubt the double-life implication.

Lenox saw blades outlast the others hands down. These blades will save you a lot of aggravation because they simply do not need to be changed as often and other brands.

The seem sharp and and fit my very old Mac tools hacksaw perfect. I'm sure they will work fine for any metal cutting I need . I may need to cut a new bed frames legs shorter since we had a box spring and the new frame does not and I need to cut the old bed frame up so it fits in the trash or give it away.

Lenox makes great cutting tools. I'm 78 and have been cutting since I was just a little kid. I know my brand-names and Lenox is great for all cutting tools not just hack-saw blades.

I saw a video of someone suggesting hack sack blades to cut memory foam. Its amazing. Ive tried all other methods of cutting memory and hack saw blades are the best. These work amazingly! Don't even need a hack saw, just these blades!
