Geiley Stainless Steel Electric Milk Frother -- The Most Powerful and Durable Frother on the Market

This frother does an amazing job. The motor is powerful, and it won't bog down in even the densest hot chocolate mix. I've used several frothers, and nothing else (battery-powered) comes close to the power this one has.I'm using this in a commercial environment to mix powdered drinks and froth milk, and its sleek, durable, metal exterior is perfect for commercial use. The switch is sometimes difficult to use when my hands are wet (which is always the case since I wash them every time I make a drink), but that's a minor nuisance. I use it about 50 times a day, and it's endured several drops onto ceramic tile with no damage whatsoever.The one weak link is the plastic collar that connects the frothing wand to the motor shaft. While I'm sure it's fine for home use, it's just not durable enough for commercial use, and I've already broken three of them. It would be nice if I could buy replacement wands, because I really like the unit and want to keep using it. Nothing else is as durable (aside from the plastic collar), and nothing else does as good a job.

Worked just great the first time I used it. The second time I used it the wand that attaches to the base of the unit fell off in the milk I was frothing.The seller sent me a new one which has been working very well for the past 3 weeks now. I use it every day and so far I have had absolutely no problems. I will continue to use it every day and will write another review after several months.

This product is sturdily built. I have purchased several frothers and would have rated it as one of the best until mine snapped two weeks ago at the black plastic collet holding the frothing wand to the body/motor.Geiley support is only available by email. They have not replied after 8 days to my warranty request.I also notice the collet on the Geiley frother is black plastic while nearly every other similar models I see now appear to have metal collets. It looks like this is a known weak point that others have fixed.Until Geiley responds to a warranty request and repairs their "Most Durable Frother on the Market", I have to rate their product poor.UPDATE: 2 months and two more emails (and this review) and Geiley has still not responded to my request for repair or replacement. Their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee" appears to just be empty words. If I could give them zero stars, I would do so at this point.

At first the product worked great, powerful, etc. After 2 months of use, the nozzle piece doesn't really stay on any more, so when I use it I have to keep pushing the nozzle piece back in place or it will fall off.

I would give this product five stars if the adaptor where you insert the metal shaft was made of metal instead of plastic (very brittle plastic). When inserting the shaft, I inadverently applied a small amount of pressure to the insert with the heal of my hand and it snapped off. Tried to repair it to no avail so ended up in the trash. The supplier was willing to replace it as "damaged in shipment". That's not my style....I broke it, not the carrier. I'll probably order another one and be VERRY careful when forcing the shaft into its retainer.

This is great!! It has a powerful 2 speed motor that does a great job . Just be sure to have a large enough cup or glass because it will zoom the milk right out and on to the counter. It has a good sturdy feel to being made of stainless steel. I would highly recommend this milk frother. You can get cheaper ones but for a few more dollars this is a good product.

Works Great! Short of a 5-Star as it needs a sleeve/case or cap to protect wand stem from bending, especially if used when traveling...Update: After occasional use the frother shaft has disconnected/loosened and will not stay on the drive shaft... (Plastic connector), worthless now and disappointing to say the least. It has never left the kitchen and stored upright. This will decrease the previous 4 star rating to 2 stars

I've tried all the major brands of frother and this one is easily the most powerful. I froth whole heavy cream with ease with this frother. You better have a deep cup to froth in or you might throw cream everywhere! I love it.
