Dexter-Russell 3½" Vegetable Knife, S151PCP, SANI-Safe Series

I ordered this knife because we had some other Dexter knives we have used for many years. This knife is of high quality and very sharp on arrival. Durable grip that is easy to clean and should last for years. As a major plus made in the USA!

Best knife I have ever owned! I got one in a box of miscellaneous used stuff as a wedding gift from an eccentric great-aunt. Years later I finally went online to see if I could find another one and there it was! Everyone in the household wants to use this knife so now I just keep buying more as gifts for family and friends. Who knew? :)

I can't say enough good about this knife..In fact i loved it so much I ordered one for each of my daughters..and they report its their favorite knife as well...I do alot of canning and this knife doesn't go dull as quickly as others do..that cost 3 or 4 times as much..It doesn't look fancy..but it worth its weight in gold. I too ordered the vegetable knife and love it equally as well..Wonderful product..and made in the USA is my understanding..

Great knife. Sharpens easily, holds an edge, comfortable handle, washes easily. All around great kitchen knife. I know people who use this knife to skin alligators (Florida). They like it for the same reasons I like it -- it works and the price is fair.

I love this and am using it in my kitchen several times a day and it seems to be the best all around knife to use for almost everything
