Bought the Jump-starter with the express intnet of charging a car battery. Was pleasantly surprised with the carrying case and multiple charging cables for batteries (USB type connections).The charger quickly charged to full capacity and when I put it on the terminals and cranked, it turned right over. The easiest jump start I've ever performed. No messy cables, chasing down soemone w/ cable, ensuring sequence is correct, etc. Highly recommend it for ease of use, cost, and mostly conveinence. It charged the car but also can charge multiple phones.

Its been cold here in Dallas I needed to start my 02 F150 5.4 Triton V8. The battery was completely dead so I got out my JUMTOP E18 and used it for the first time and wow I got surprised it worked my truck came back to lifeI'm definitely thinking about getting 3 more of these units. Starts a dead car easily. Great safety device in an age when brand new car batteries seem to fail without warning. But this will only charge my phone once (3400mAhr) so I don't know how they claim 14000 mAhr battery. The primary function of starting a car works great, but don't expect to charge your phone more than once with this. Customer service is excellent as others have commented.

I've had to use it maybe 3 times on my own car and twice on other people's cars & it most certainly gets the cars started everytime. It feels so good to have a fast, easy, and reliable way to jumpstart a dead battery without a whole production. No flagging people down, no calling & waiting for help, no wondering if it will work. I thank God for giving man the ability to think & invent. It's so easy to use, just place the clamps properly to the battery, then go into the vehicle & start the car, then hear your engine roar! Thank You Lord, I'm not stuck outside with a dead battery! Jumtop E18 truly does work. I've had it for a yr now & still going strong. I just shared the info with a brother from the Church, now he's gonna order one.

This is my second jumper from this outfit and I still can not get it to work, I am doing evrything it tell me to do and nothing not even the usb ports work I need help with this one

I don't have a dead battery to test it with and hope I never do. I read some of the reviews so I knew what I was getting and they were spot on. Example: don't buy this for charging phones. These batteries are better used for a lot of juice all at once. Kind of like a deep cell used on a boat. Charging your phone will eat up half the charge in the battery. I have other batteries for that use anyway. The one thing I'm not crazy about is the weight of the bag with all the pcs. I purchase the battery because it's so light weight. What I didn't know is - the clamp are VERY well build and heavy. Just have to take the battery and clamps (parts I need) on the motorcycle and leave the rest home. I'll update the charge capabilities if I ever need I need it.

We are, "Living the Dream" in our 1994, 27 ft, class A, RV as full-timers. One of our problems is that the battery would drain flat due to some draw on the engine starter battery. We've used this JumpTop so many times I can't count. It charges up fast and it has saved my bacon too many times to count. Plus, I've jumped other people. It's just so easy to use. It's really a pleasure to own this! Even if you never use it It's comforting to know that you have it. Just make sure to check and see that it's charged up every 3 months or so. This is a must-have item in your car. You can throw away your old jumper cables!

Have a 2012 Land Rover LR4. Truck is a power hungry beast! Battery is getting low and kids left the door open. Truck would not start. I was happy because it gave me a chance to try out the jump box. Worked flawlessly! Truck started right up and the jump box still shows full charge. I would buy this product again.
