10 per box - they are reusable many times as there is no problem with washing and let it dry, I usually rotate 3 unless one should get very dirty thus a box will last about a year which reduces cost. The old ties that come with most trach tubes get dirty very fast and must be replaced, they also had no padding nor stretch as these do.

Satisfied with the item

The item was as expected and I am satisfied. It was supposed to be delivered on the 8th. Then when I checked the tracking it said delivery will be on 12th. Still no delivery on the 12th. Finally it came on the 13th. I would have appreciated if they had sent me a email saying the cause and when to expect the delivery rather than I had to track myself.

Great Product and Very Comfortable

i shopped around at a lot of medial supply stores before buying these from Amazon because they were a lot cheaper. I hated the hassle of using the cloth ties, but I just love how convenient and comfortable these holder are on my next. I get a lot of mileage out of these and can use the same holder for a month or more before having to change it out for a new one. I would highly recommend that you try these.
