This tea taste really great and it says it’s dieters tea which I did lose some weight but the main thing that I love about this is it fixed all my gut problems and I’ve been suffering from gut problems for years . This has honestly helped me regulate my stomach. One a day works great, I’m sure you could take 2, if needed. There’s no taste to it and if you find taste it’s VERY light. Love this tea!
