Worked perfectly for what I needed it for.
I used this for the area that my copper pipes came through the floor near my washer. There was also a draft coming in from there. No longer os there a draft, or ants coming in as I have a dirt basement being in an older home in northeast pa, this is ant season here in the spring. They will still find a way up I'm sure. It just won't be there lol.Great product.Easy to clean when still wet.So if you make a mess or put it somewhere you didn't want it, simply wipe it up quick and it will all come up easily.

Does the Job
If you're new to using this product, mask the area, wear gloves and eye protection, and don't be in a rush except to clean up any product that got where it shouldn't.

Fireplace sealer
TURN OFF pilot light before any usage to seal fireplace or water heater.I forgot this and vapors from front of fireplace ignited by pilot light at back of fireplace. I got fire out without calling 911.

The best way to fire block
The prior owner built an unpermitted addition. The inspector said all the electrical and plumbing pass throughs the headers had to be sealed with fire block foam. Once the drywall was cut away, this made the project quick and easy. Inspector signed off on it with no issue.

This stuff expands
This stuff grows astronomically large. Be sure you know that ahead of time, use fire caulk if no expansion needed

Difficult to use
This is probably the worst spray foam I have used. It expands very slowly and runs down side of a wall while drying. It's hard to gauge how much to use because of how slowly it expands, others I have used expand quickly so you know how much to or not to use. Also I shook this can for a very long time yet it seems to run and not stay put as it cures/hardens.
