This works!
I have 1 or 2 severe coughing fits every day due to post nasal drip. But if I brew a large cup of this and drink half in the am and half in the evening - or just sip during the day, I may have only one short coughing session in a week. It doesn’t have the greatest taste but it’s mild, not too bad. And helpful! So it’s worth it.
