My wife needed a light laptop she can use for her studies (MS office and emails) and occasionaly use it to watch videos, Netflix and online shopping. Also she needed the battery to last minimum 4-5 hours and the laptop to be light to carry around.I need to say this machine ticks all the boxes. She likes it and it looks and feels quite premium. Of course for the price you will only get a budget PC but it does exactly what it supposed to be.Anybody curious this is the latest version of the model with upgraded RAM and screen compared to the original release. Comes with fully licenced Windows 10 Cortana enabled. The screen is beautiful with great viewing angles and for this price range its probably one of the better ones on the market. Battery lasts easily 5-6 hours with moderate use.The few minor flaws I noticed is the keyboard and touch pad could be better and because of the fanless design the left side of the body can get a bit hot when under heavy load.Other than that it was a great buy.

I loved this product but the only fault I found was with the lettering on the keyboard. It was very difficult to make out the letters because of the silver colouring. Maybe it would be ok for someone with younger eyes but not for my ageing ones. It is a lovely slim laptop and I was very disappointed to have to send it back. The seller was very good to deal with as it arrived on time and had no problems getting my refund.

Excellent , boots up quickly, good sound, picture and lightweight. Really good keyboard, despite it not being backlit, not a problem for me.Very pleased with this purchase.

I have had this laptop for the past 3 months and have had nothing but trouble.I contacted the seller a few days after I bought it to say the laptop heats up and gets veru hot.Apparently 30/60 minutes of using laptop would do this????Now the laptop or not even switching on and I can not contact the seller.What a rip off!!!What am I supposed to do now???

Performance is ok but I seriously dislike the American keyboard.

from order to receiving item ,all went smoothly and the product is working well.A bigger memory ( inbuilt ) would bhave made it perfection.
