I had been taking my time to research about the right kind of audio interface for my use, and woow @zoom u44 is one of the best!! Portability , compact and advance plug in modes as well!! With microphone attachment socket makes it more awesome!! Excellent value for the prices and same for the quality

Have been using this interface for a while now. Not the best one... but value for money for the pricing (it gets the job done). However, do note that you can only add a max of 43 dB of clean gain. you will need to invest in another additional signal booster if you are using a dynamic microphone like the Shure MV7.

This is a very useful device with high quality low noise preamps. I have been using this device with my Macbook pro for close to six months now and found it to be best Mobile recording setup. This is an easy plug n play no brainer device. Audio quality is good and one can easily setup a home studio with recording and monitoring on professional audio monitors. Multi mic option is Very good when we conduct interview or talkback. I will highly recommend this to amatures as well as professionals who need a carriable recording studio. Although I really miss a memory card.

I was looking for a audio interface for my podcast. After searching for days, I landed on this. There are cheaper ones available as well that do the job but if you plan on doing podcast with 2 or more people, just go for it. The only issue, the very next day I bought this, the price slashed by 800 Rs

Five star item here! Go ahead, find a better audio interface that has s/pdif inputs for anywhere near this price point. I won’t hold my breath while you do because I am fairly certain you can’t. They need to do some serious marketing for these as I had no idea they existed yet it happens to be exactly what I’ve been wanting to find for quite some time. Everyone who sees it in action and asks what it cost seems to be looking to get one themselves. Normally if you want digital input you are looking at over double this cost. I highly recommend the clamp holder they sell for these. (It is listed to work with a different Zoom product most places but if it looks like it would fit from the picture it is the right one as they only make the one. Make it stay anywhere I want and I can switch cables with one hand And it isn’t going anywhere. I specifically use this with the Kemper Profiler, works great and just as good as my Focusrite that was like 3x the cost at least. Now I can easily record a totally unprocessed track digitally while I use the other inputs for a processed and modeled track. Kind of important to have that nice untouched digital track if you care about your sound and mixes. I can change my tone as drastically as I see fit without ever needing to retake the track once I have a good take laid down. I doubt the sound quality is on par with the nice expensive pro setups that cost thousands of dollars but I also doubt anyone will know once I master things and have the finished track ready. I play for fun so anything made off my recordings is bonus. Not to mention the kemper set me back a bit cash wise although that was the best purchase for my studio in a very long time. This interface will do what you need, plus more likely. There are some nice microphones that they sell as add ons and it’s super portable and runs off usb or batteries. Added to a laptop with a decent DAW and you have a decent mobile recording studio. Glad I found it and would not hesitate to buy another should this one die.

I am an amateur/intermediate bass guitarist and have a bunch of zoom stuff which for the price I reckon you can't beat. Got this on sale as it was same price as U-22 at the time and wasn't disappointed. Took a while to work out how to use driver to reset to 48kHz and change the buffer though. I use it for home studio recording, practice, Yousician and Rocksmith (RS needed some software patches).
