We do a lot of rotissere chicken on our gas bbq, but this is quicker and easier.

Nice and solid. Works great and easy to clean. The extra meat thermometer is a nice bonus. But it is definitely worth the price without the thermometer.

This is a great item to help grill a whole chicken and vegetables. You really have to be a terrible cook to mess up using this device.Given that, its a pure pain in the tushy to clean, even with a wire pad. Just realize that after the 1st use it will be black.Still, its a worthy item to have.Note: I've only used it once, so i dont know how it will hold up, but, it feels solid in my hands.

First time I've used this one and one and the Mountain Griller. Both worked Perfect. One on the gas and one on the charcoal using indirect heat. On the gas, set it on outside and middle burner covers and only light the inside burner on high. I turned the chicken twice to face the lit burner to cook evenly. I took two hours and worked perfectly. It worked just as well on charcoal using a charcoal box. Ideal heat is 350 degrees on gas and charcoal.

Love the quality! It’s nice and heavy, easy to use and clean. We use it to grill our veggies out on the grill! We had a crowd the other day, and it held all the needed asparagus...three bunches!!

We love making beer can chicken, this is perfect for that . It is a bit hard to clean so I soaked it in soapy water and used steel wool to clean it .

Purchased as a gift. My boyfriend invested in a nice smoker over the summer. We smoke meals all the time. This is a great addition for the person in your life that likes cooking meats.

When you're cooking a beer can chicken DO NOT put the probe in the breast and expect the entire chicken to be at 165deg. I think due to the basket, it really under cooks the thighs and legs. That was just my first run but I'd say the veggie basket prevents heat from really getting to the outside of the bird. I'll be adjusting in future cooks.
