Capresso EC100 Pump Espresso and Cappuccino Machine Bundle with Frother, Tamper and Pitcher Accessory (4 Items)

I have had this Capresso espresso machine since Jan 2018 (it's now Feb 2021)--so 3 years. I also used the same model in an office for several years. They both worked extremely well for such a small and compact machine. It doesn't get in the way when it's out on the counter--I just slide it to the back wall and it's fine there all the time. It's easy to clean, it makes a great latte (I never use the extra plastic wand for cap.)--very close to professional micro foam. It's relatively quiet. It's reliable. The only thing I don't like is the water container is hard to clean in the very bottom--it can tend to grow algae, and it's hard to get down into the bottom to clean well. I highly recommend it.

A well made product. My only difficulty is in placing the porta filter in place. That may be my issue as it seems it is becoming easier to line up everything. It comes with extras such as a metal pitcher and tamper. The capresso machine is just what I was looking for.

I have wanted an espresso machine for a long time and lately just wasn't getting enough flavor from my French press. I got this machine and I love it. It's easy to use, easy to clean and makes great espresso. The frother is very efficient and easy to use also. An added bonus is that the milk, once frothed and refrigerated, has a really nice texture.

Love the items included in the bundle. Water container leaking a bit. Will be monitoring. May have to return.

I have owned one of these for about eight years. The pump finally started weakening so I bought another one and I’m looking forward to another eight years of great tasting espresso.

This was a gift for my husband. I made sure to tell him of the potential downsides of the machine from the reviews I read on Amazon. This was very helpful, for example, use filtered water and a fine grind. At first he had a great experience then when he unknowingly used different techniques when preparing the grind (tamping too much) he had a negative experience. Now he knows not to tamp down too much and he grinds the beans final. He says the end result now is absolutely perfect from the crema to the taste of the expresso coffee. I think its difficult to have a learning curve to make the perfect expresso cup, but well worth it in the end. Perhaps the instructions on the manual could incorporate the emphasis of what he and others learned.

Arrived on time, works great, very pleased with product. I have purchased several small espresso machines over the years. This seems to be by far the best one in terms of speed, functionality.

I purchased this espresso machine 11/1/16. It worked great for 4 months and it died on me. I left voice mails to Capresso but no one has returned my calls yet. Very disappointed. My previous Capresso lasted almost 7 years.
