I have suffered from osteoarthritis in my spine, hip, wrist and finger joints for a number of years and have steadily increased pain medication up to naproxen to try to deal with the daily crippling pain. I regularly take glucosamine, calcium tablets and omega 3 however my condition has continued to deteriorate. Whilst on holiday I met a lady who told me about these tablets and what a difference they had made to her life. I was skeptical but decided to give them a try as I had nothing to lose and was feeling worn down by the constant increase in pain medication that was no longer having an effect.Wow, wow, wow - within 2 days of taking the tablets I noticed the swelling on my wrist had gone and within another few days the pain in my spine was lessoning. Within a week I stopped taking my prescribed medication and aside from one particularly bad day I haven't looked back. I now don't even take paracetemol as the pain although still there if I walk too much it is bearable and has significantly reduced . Having said that the stiffness in the joints, at times, is still there but family have mentioned that I seem to be more mobile and able to get up from chairs without wincing like I used to.I wish that the NHS and GP's would help people by prescribing these rather than handing out ever stronger painkillers that over time lose their effectiveness to work. I certainly will continue to use these and highly recommend them to others who have the same condition as me. What have you got to lose !!!

Ok.. Do people have extremely wide throats that are writing these reviews saying "not that bad to swallow"?.. These things are HIDDEOUSLY huge!! I can't see any way a human can swallow these without difficuly! The best way to take these is empty the contents into a glass of water and swallow, chase it with a nice drink and the taste quickly goes.. It's been a week and already I can see the difference, so the product works, it'a juat tht trying to swallow a double decker bus twice a day isn't my idea of fun!
